One year later, on the Lookout.

Louis arrived here alone; of the four gravity rooms, only three remained occupied.

Son Goku was sitting cross-legged in the center of the Lookout plaza.

However, he soon realized that the visitor was not one of the five Kais he was familiar with, but a young man with a dimension equal to a Kai, accompanied by two mortals.

Louis said indifferently, then flew toward Snake Way with Son Goku and Vegeta.

"And two mortals?"

"Alright, North Kai, I came here because I want you to teach these two the Kaioken and the Spirit Bomb."

"How do you know I possess those two techniques? And who are you?" North Kai frowned deeply.

"Enough talk, just teach them if I tell you to." Louis said impatiently.

"I can teach them, but you have to tell me a joke first."

North Kai was very confused about Louis's identity; when did another Kai appear?
