Son Goku Transforms into a Super Saiyan

Above the Grand Elder's village.

"Oh?"

"Vegeta's not backing down anymore?"

Louis found it amusing when Vegeta attacked again.

"But even if you join the fight, Vegeta, it won't do any good!"

On the distant horizon, the three Great Apes rose from the ground again and joined Son Goku and Vegeta in surrounding Frieza.

Just as Louis had said!

The Saiyans had no hope of winning this battle.

Frieza had unlocked his final form, and his 60 million battle power was simply absurd.

With a casual move, he made Son Goku and the others spit blood.

Frieza seemed to be toying with them, holding back.

"This was a hopeless fight from the start. Unless Kakarot transforms into a Super Saiyan!"

King Vegeta spat out a mouthful of blood and fell from the sky.

"Fa... Father!"

Vegeta's abdomen was soaked in blood. His internal organs had been smashed to pieces.

"So... strong. I... I'm no match for him at all!"

Son Goku was no better off. Every bone in his body was broken.

Son Goku and Vegeta also fell from the sky.

"Kakarot!"

Bardock flew over from a distance, catching King Vegeta, then Son Goku and Vegeta.

The laser beams also kept slicing past Frieza.

"Those Saiyan monkeys are disgusting!"

Frieza dodged the laser beams and flew toward Bardock, who had transformed into a Great Ape.

"How could this happen?"

Louis looked into the distance, his expression turning grave.

According to the anime, Son Goku was supposed to transform into a Super Saiyan during this trip to Namek.

But now, the Saiyans King Vegeta had brought—including Son Goku—were on the verge of death!

"Is there no chance anymore?"

If Louis didn't act soon, the Saiyan race would be wiped out.

But a sight in the distance made him stop.

Frieza was flying toward Bardock.

"Hahaha, Frieza, you're asking for it!"

Louis burst into laughter.

He'd thought Son Goku had lost his chance to transform, since he hadn't brought Krillin, the bald guy, along.

But without a doubt, Frieza's move was about to send him plunging into an abyss.

Louis glanced at Son Goku on the ground in the distance and saw him shove a Senzu Bean into his mouth.

Then he looked back at Frieza brutally attacking Bardock!

If Bardock was killed, wouldn't Son Goku go berserk?

Sure enough!

Frieza began to torture Bardock to death.

First, he broke all four of Bardock's limbs while he was in Great Ape form. Then he shoved an energy sphere into Bardock's mouth.

Boom—!

Bardock's entire head was blown apart!

"The iconic scene is coming!!!"

"No!!!!!!!"

A tremendous power erupted from Son Goku.

He recovered from the brink of death!

His battle power broke through to 5 million.

Seeing Frieza kill his father, Son Goku was consumed by rage.

The savage power within him began to surge, and his back grew hot!

"Frieza!!!!"

"You killed my father!!!!"

Lightning flashed across the sky, and the rubble on the ground rose uncontrollably around Son Goku.

After killing Bardock, Frieza was startled by the power of the aura.

"You're still alive?"

After saying that, Vegeta breathed his last.

King Vegeta lay beside Vegeta. He had returned to his normal form, but he, too, was lifeless.

Son Goku clenched his fists, his veins bulging!

The golden aura no longer flickered!

Above the Grand Elder's village, Louis trembled as he watched. He'd finally witnessed that iconic scene.

The Saiyans prepared to take to the sky and attack Frieza.

"Enough. Stop right there." Louis appeared in midair with Instant Transmission, stopping them.

"Who are you?"

Gracie stepped forward. He had the highest battle power among all the Saiyans present.

He had 90,000 battle power!

With King Vegeta, Bardock, and Bibert gone, Gracie was now the highest-ranking commander here.

"Louis, what are you doing on Namek?"

Raditz and Nappa stepped out of the crowd, overjoyed.

"Louis, Frieza killed Vegeta. You have to avenge him!" Nappa saw Louis appear and hurriedly pleaded with him through tears.

Louis formed a sphere of Destruction Energy and held it in front of Gracie's face. "Bardock's son, Kakarot, has transformed into the Legendary Super Saiyan."

"Kakarot is fighting Frieza right now, and Namek will explode soon. I'm taking you all off the planet."

Raditz asked urgently, "Louis, did Kakarot really transform into a Super Saiyan?"

Louis nodded. "Yes. Frieza is as good as dead. As for Bardock and the others, we can still use the Dragon Balls to bring them back, so don't worry."

Louis looked at Gracie again. "Do you still have a problem with it?"

Then he returned to Namek.
