Universe Shuttle Cube

Supreme Kai Realm.

Green lawns, towering trees...

A gentle breeze stirred the leaves, making them rustle.

Three people sat beneath a large tree.

"Shin, you understand the duties of a Supreme Kai now, right?"

"Ancient One, I understand."

"Then are you still afraid of Majin Buu?"

"No, I'm not."

Shin looked at Old Supreme Kai and chuckled.

So there was a God of Destruction in the universe. That meant he'd never have to fear Majin Buu again.

Suddenly.

With a whoosh, a figure appeared beside them.

Kibito, standing next to Shin, saw who it was and shrank his neck. His whole body began to tremble.

Louis had naturally noticed Kibito, but he had no time to deal with him now.

"Lord Old Supreme Kai, I have an urgent matter to discuss with you."

"Louis? What brings you here?"

Old Supreme Kai was taken aback.

Louis briefly recounted what had happened during their "sparring match," then explained that Beerus had gone to Universe 4.

"What?"

"Quitela ambushed you?"

Old Supreme Kai flew into a rage!!!

Shin was startled by Old Supreme Kai's booming voice, but when he heard Louis had been ambushed, he couldn't help worrying.

"Louis, you weren't hurt, were you?"

"I'm fine."

Louis looked at Old Supreme Kai and hurriedly asked, "Lord Old Supreme Kai, how can I get to Universe 4? If we don't stop Lord Beerus, something terrible might happen!"

"Don't worry. That scrawny bag of bones knows what happens when you pick a fight with a God of Destruction. He's not that stupid."

Old Supreme Kai gritted his teeth. "That damned rat has gone too far. Beerus did the right thing this time."

"Lord Old Supreme Kai, you can curse him later!" Louis said with a wry smile. "Do you have a way to get me out of Universe 7?"

Old Supreme Kai and Beerus both cared about him so much. Louis was truly moved.

For the first time, he felt a sense of belonging to Universe 7.

"There are two ways to leave Universe 7."

Old Supreme Kai had calmed down a little. "The first is to break through the barriers between universes with overwhelming power."

"But you need power at the God Realm level to do that."

"With your current strength, you probably can't manage it."

"The second way is to use the Universe Shuttle Cube!"

"The Universe Shuttle Cube?"

Louis and Shin were both stunned.

Louis quickly realized something. "You mean the Shuttle Cube Whis has?"

Old Supreme Kai gave Louis a strange look. "I didn't expect Whis to tell you about that too. Yes, I mean that Shuttle Cube."

Louis clicked his tongue. Whis had never actually told him about it.

He'd remembered the anime from his previous life. Whis had used the Universe Shuttle Cube to take everyone to the Tournament of Power.

"Lord Old Supreme Kai, Whis isn't here, and we don't have a Shuttle Cube!" Louis shook his head.

Old Supreme Kai proudly lifted his chin. "Did I say I didn't have one?"

"You have one?"

Louis was overjoyed. "How did you get a Universe Shuttle Cube?"

"Why do you need to know? I have one, and that's what matters. Do you want it or not?"

Old Supreme Kai's face reddened.

He did have a Shuttle Cube, but he'd gotten it from Whis long ago so he could visit other universes and go on dates with girls.

"I want it, I want it! Lord Old Supreme Kai, please lend it to me!"

"I'll give it to you right now."

Old Supreme Kai swept out his hand, opening a pocket dimension. A purple cube flew out.

"Good thing your dimensional breakthrough reached the divine level. Channel your Divine Power into the Shuttle Cube, and it'll reach its maximum speed..."

Old Supreme Kai paused, then said, "Never mind. I'll go with you."

That damned rat had ambushed the Candidate God of Destruction from his universe. Just thinking about it made him furious.

He was going over there too. He couldn't beat their God of Destruction, but surely he could take on their Supreme Kai.

"You're coming with me? That's great."

Louis had been wondering how he could break through the barriers between universes and reach Universe 4.

With Old Supreme Kai coming along, he didn't need to worry anymore.

"Shin, stay here and watch over Universe 7. We'll be back soon."

"Yes!"

Shin nodded.

Before long, Louis and Old Supreme Kai climbed aboard the Universe Shuttle Cube and vanished from the Supreme Kai Realm.

Inside the cube.

Louis felt a little restless.

Old Supreme Kai noticed his expression. "Louis, don't worry too much. That scrawny bag of bones is clever. He won't do anything reckless."

"Mm."

Louis nodded.

He'd been in such a hurry that he'd forgotten what Beerus was like.

Beerus wouldn't fall for Quitela's tricks so easily.

That wasn't what was making him restless.

He remembered what he'd told Tights before leaving the God of Destruction Realm: that he'd be back soon.

Now he was heading to another universe, and he had no idea how long it would take.

He hoped he could be back quickly. Otherwise, Tights would be very worried.

"We're about to cross the barrier. Be careful."

Old Supreme Kai's voice reached his ears.

Louis came back to his senses and looked ahead. A membrane of light blocked their path.

He increased the flow of Divine Power.

Whoosh!

The Universe Shuttle Cube turned into a streak of purple light and shot through the membrane.

Soon, they arrived in a pitch-black space.

Looking out, Louis saw eleven enormous spheres floating ahead.

He turned around. Universe 7 was a similar sphere too.

"The third sphere from the left is Universe 4. Just head in that direction."

"Got it!"

[Ding! Quest issued: Check in at Universe 4. Reward: Prototype of "Erasure."]

The Universe Shuttle Cube suddenly came to a halt.

"Louis, what's wrong?"

"N-nothing. I'll get moving now!"
