Laiya's Complaint

Gaino and Laiya arrived at Dr. Brief's company to find Dr. Brief inspecting the spaceship. Seeing Gaino, Dr. Brief hurriedly said, "Gaino, I've finished your gravity chamber. Come take a look."

Gaino replied, "As expected of the most brilliant scientist on Earth, you finished the gravity chamber so quickly! I thought I would have to wait a few more days."

Dr. Brief said, "Don't tease me. Compared to the top scientists in the universe, I'm nothing. You should just take a look at the gravity chamber."

"Alright, let me see it." Gaino walked into the spaceship, and an enormous gravity chamber appeared before his eyes. Dr. Brief explained, "This is the activation device. The maximum gravity is currently 200 times Earth's gravity. I can only push it to 200 times for now; that's the limit of Earth's technology."

"This is the washroom, this is the music room, and here is the dining area where you can eat after your training."

"That's the full setup of the gravity chamber. Is there anything else you'd like to add?"

"No, this is already perfect. I'm very satisfied with this gravity chamber. Thank you, Dr. Brief."

"I should be the one thanking you. You're the one who showed me technology from the universe, and I've learned a lot of scientific techniques from your spaceship. I suppose this is mutual benefit!"

Gaino said, "Since that's the case, we'll be taking our leave. We've already delayed on Earth for a long time; it's time to go."

"Dr. Brief, goodbye."

"I will, Dr. Brief. I'll visit Earth often."

Gaino and Laiya stepped into the spaceship, closed the hatch, and waved at Dr. Brief. Gaino tapped the start button, and the ship quickly turned into a streak of light, heading off into space.

Watching them leave, Dr. Brief walked back into his laboratory. He had to invent the Hoi-Poi Capsule.

At the Lookout, the Guardian said to Popo, "Popo, do you think Gaino will protect our Earth in the future?"

Popo replied, "Guardian, Popo does not know. But Popo knows that Gaino is a good person."

Hearing this, the Guardian nodded.

Inside the spaceship, Laiya asked, "Brother Gaino, where are we going next?"

"Our next training destination is Namek. Set the ship's coordinates to Namek. We will increase our combat power rapidly there."

"Laiya, I'm going to the gravity chamber to train. What about you?"

"Of course I'm going to train too!"

"Good, then let's go together!"

Gaino and Laiya walked to the gravity chamber together. Gaino said, "Let's start with 20 times gravity." As soon as he pressed the device, Gaino and Laiya felt as if a massive mountain had been pressed onto them. After a while, Gaino adapted to the pressure, but Laiya had not yet adjusted.

Gaino began to walk around the chamber, then started running, followed by throwing punches and kicks. Watching Gaino's monstrous physique, Laiya remarked, "What a freak! Adapting to 20 times gravity so quickly."

Laiya was still struggling to adapt to the 20-fold gravity, but no matter how hard she tried, she was eventually pinned down by the pressure. Gaino walked over, helped her up, and said, "Laiya, you should head out first. How about you come back in to train after I'm done?"

"How about this? Start your training at 15 times gravity. Once you've adapted to that, then start the 20-fold training. You mustn't be too hasty, or you'll end up hurting your body."

Laiya thought for a moment after hearing this and said, "Alright! I really can't handle this 20-fold gravity right now. But I will catch up to your pace soon."

Gaino said, "I know Sister Laiya will catch up to me soon. You're an elite-level warrior, after all! Brother Gaino isn't even considered a low-level warrior. You will definitely catch up to me and even surpass me. I have believed in your potential from the very beginning."

"Alright, hurry and get out. If the gravity keeps pressing on you, I'm afraid your body won't hold up. Quick, I'll help you."

Laiya said stubbornly, "Hmph, I'll walk out on my own. If I can't even handle this much pressure, how could I ever surpass you?"

Gaino poured his sweat into the training, the chamber filled with the shadows of his fists and kicks. He continued until his ki was completely exhausted, then went to the control panel to shut down the gravity device. The moment the gravity vanished, Gaino stumbled, nearly falling to the ground.

"Wow, it feels so light!" Gaino sensed the ki within him; it had grown exponentially. He realized his combat power had reached 4.5 million. Is this the terror of the Ancient Saiyan Bloodline? The greater the pressure, the faster the ki grows, and the stronger the combat power becomes.

It looks like I'll need a larger gravity chamber in the future.

As soon as Gaino exited, Laiya immediately stepped in; she didn't want the gap between them to grow any wider.

One day in the chamber, two figures were locked in a fierce exchange. Gaino and Laiya were sparring; the sounds of punches and kicks echoed throughout the room. Suddenly, Gaino sent Laiya flying with a single punch.

Laiya hurriedly said, "Stop, stop! Brother Gaino wins every time; this is no fun at all."

Gaino walked over to her and asked, "Laiya, what is your base combat power right now?"

"Why do you ask?"

"Tell me your base combat power, and I'll make you even stronger than me. How about it? Interested?"

"Tch, Brother Gaino is lying again," Laiya said.

"I'm not lying this time. Tell me your base combat power." Laiya replied, "My base combat power is 3 million, but no matter how hard I try, it seems to be stuck at this point."

"That's perfect, Laiya. I want to help you transform into a Super Saiyan. However, while you've reached the required base combat power, it's still not enough. You have to work even harder."

"Super Saiyan? What is a Super Saiyan? Is this transformation very powerful?"
