Laiya's swift strike sent Slug flying backward instantly. Slug was dumbfounded; he hadn't even seen her attack clearly. Gaino, watching from the side, saw it all: the moment Slug attacked, Laiya had flashed directly in front of him, punched him in the abdomen, and returned to her original position, all before Slug could even react. Laiya's speed was so extreme that Slug mistakenly thought she had struck him while standing perfectly still.

Slug's body was embedded deep into the mountainside. He roared in fury, "How is this possible? Why has she become so powerful?"

Slug glared at Laiya, feeling a sense of dread toward the warrior radiating a golden aura.

"I refuse to believe this!" Slug fired a barrage of energy blasts at Laiya. Every single one hit its mark, and finally, he unleashed his ultimate technique: a Super Energy Wave aimed straight at her. As the smoke cleared, Laiya stood there, upright and unscathed. Not a single scratch could be seen.

The golden aura around Laiya's body intensified. She looked at Slug and said, "If that's the extent of your attacks, then you can go meet King Yemma."

Slug was truly terrified now. If his ultimate move couldn't kill this monster, what could he do? What could he do? Suddenly, his eyes landed on Gaino, and a plan formed in his mind.

Learning that Gaino was Laiya's brother, Slug felt a surge of confidence. "So, you're that little girl's brother? Looks like I grabbed the right person."

He flashed again, appearing above Slug's head, and brought his hands together in a hammer blow, smashing him back toward the ground. "And that one is to teach you to use your brain before acting."

Gaino landed on the ground and unleashed an energy wave at Slug. A chorus of screams echoed as Slug was engulfed by the blast.

Laiya dropped out of her Super Saiyan form and walked over to Gaino. "Brother Gaino, you didn't kill him, did you? I haven't had enough fun yet!"

Gaino replied, "Don't worry. This move won't kill Slug, but it will leave him severely injured."

"Oh, that's fine then. It's not easy to find opponents like this; we have to play with him slowly."

"That was my intention exactly," Gaino said.

"Looks like we're on the same page."

Slug's body had been blasted toward space, but as a Namekian, he possessed regenerative abilities. He used the last of his energy to fly toward Planet Slug, snarling, "I will return for my revenge!"

Laiya sensed Slug's energy fading into the distance and said, "Brother Gaino, Slug is escaping. Should we chase him?"

"No need. You know, Laiya, you can't shear all the wool off a sheep at once. We have to take it bit by bit, otherwise, this little sheep loses its value. We'll go back once his wool grows back; that's the fun way to do it."

"You're right, Brother Gaino, you always think ahead."
