Gaino asked the Tuffles, "May I ask if you have a king? Please bring your king out. I'd like to speak with him."
The Tuffles replied, "We don't have a king. We're known for our technology, so the most influential person on our planet is Dr. Lychee."
"Then please go tell Dr. Lychee that the Space Wanderers wish to see him."
Seeing that Gaino meant no harm, the Tuffle went to report to Dr. Lychee.
Laiya said, "Brother Gaino, why waste your breath on him? We Saiyans want a planet, so we should just take it by force. Why not wipe out these Tuffles?"
Gaino said, "Laiya, ever since you awakened as a Super Saiyan, you've become more and more warlike. Why are you always itching for a fight? You should learn to be civilized."
At that, Laiya shot Gaino a look that seemed to say, I'll let you figure it out yourself. If Saiyans were civilized, would we still be Saiyans?
"What's with that look? Are you saying I'm wrong?"
Laiya said, "We Saiyans are naturally warlike, and you want us to be more civilized? If Saiyans could become civilized, then everyone in the universe would be civilized."
Gaino was about to say something else.
Just then, a Tuffle wearing glasses and sporting a small mustache approached Gaino and said, "You're Space Wanderers? You don't look like it."
Gaino thought, This guy really is the smartest person on Planet Tuffle. He could tell at a glance that Laiya and I don't look like Space Wanderers.
Gaino said, "Our planet was destroyed by a great villain in the universe. The survivors from our planet are homeless now. My sister and I are a little stronger than the others, so we went out to find a new home for our people."
"My sister and I searched many places, but this is the only planet that seems suitable. It has plenty of oxygen, enough to keep our family alive, so we came here."
"I see," Dr. Lychee said.
"How about this? How many survivors are there? We Tuffles aren't numerous either. Could we live together on this planet?"
"Really? That would be wonderful! Thank you so much. Um, what was your name again?"
"Oh, I'm Dr. Lychee."
"Right, right, right. Thank you, Dr. Lychee. We'll go bring our people here now."

Gaino and Laiya used Instant Transmission to leave Planet Tuffle.
After they had left, one of the people beside Dr. Lychee asked him, "Doctor, are you really going to let these outsiders come live with us Tuffles?"

Dr. Lychee entered his laboratory and made his way into one of its rooms. He opened the glass window and spoke to the person inside. "Laika, you said my experiment couldn't succeed. But two people from the universe have arrived today, and their energy is so powerful."
"If I can turn them into living specimens, I'll be able to create the most powerful warriors. Then we Tuffles will rule the universe."
Laika was Dr. Raichi's older brother and a top scientist in his own right. But Laika had opposed live experiments from the very beginning. His younger brother, Dr. Raichi, pursued his own ambitions by experimenting on living people, causing the Tuffle population to plummet.
Laika said, "Raichi, stop while you still can. It's not too late. Don't keep deluding yourself. Stop dreaming of ruling the Milky Way."
"No! I'm on the verge of success. How could I give up now? Once those two aliens return to our planet, I'll definitely succeed."
"My dear brother, just watch as I become the ruler of the Milky Way! Hahaha!"
Dr. Raichi left the laboratory, laughing wildly.
Gaino and Laiya were still on Planet Tuffle. But Dr. Raichi didn't know how to use ki or sense its presence. When Gaino vanished in an instant, he assumed the two had left the planet.
When Dr. Lychee showed up, Gaino and Laiya had sensed an evil aura coming from him. That impression had stuck with them, because the little sheep they raised also had an evil aura—but compared to Dr. Raichi's, its evil was like a speck beside a mountain.
Gaino and Laiya were floating high above Planet Tuffle. They had heard every word Dr. Lychee and the Tuffle beside him had said.
Laiya said, "That bastard! He wants to experiment on us Saiyans? I'll wipe him out!"
Gaino quickly grabbed Laiya and said, "To catch a thief, you have to catch him in the act; to catch an adulterer, you have to catch them together. He wants to experiment on us, so let's use him to make an example of what happens to anyone who crosses us. If we want to live comfortably on this planet, it has to become a Saiyan planet. The Tuffles can serve us. If they won't cooperate, we'll wipe them out."
"So Brother Gaino had already made up his mind. And there you were, talking all high and mighty about being civilized."
"Ahaha! Let's hurry and bring Mom and Dad here!"
With that, Gaino took Laiya straight to the temporary planet where Bum and Tasha were staying.
"Dad, Mom, we're back!"
At the sound of Gaino's voice, all the Saiyans came out of their tents.
Bum came over to Gaino and asked, "Did you find a planet suitable for us to live on?"
Gaino nodded, then addressed everyone. "Listen up. When we get to this planet, we're going to put on a little act."
"What's going on? Why do we have to act?"
Gaino explained the situation with the Tuffles and told them what he had in mind. Once everyone understood, they said, "All right, let's do it. Anyone who wants to experiment on us Saiyans will pay the price."
"All right, everyone, hold hands and form a circle. I'll take you to our new home."
In the blink of an eye, all the Saiyans arrived on Planet Tuffle. "Wow, what a beautiful planet! It's much better than Planet Vegeta."
Many of the Saiyans exclaimed.
While everyone was admiring the scenery, a Tuffle came up to them and said, "On the doctor's orders, I'm here to welcome you and show you our hospitality."
