"Throughout the universe, all the Space Pirates fall under my command. That's given me a powerful force, allowing me to run rampant wherever I please. Every powerful faction has to give my Space Pirates some leeway. So what if the Frost Demons are powerful? Kais is a coward. He deserves to be ruled by King Cold."
The former king of Planet Vegeta was called Kais. Back then, Planet Vegeta was ruled by Frieza's father, King Cold.
"After I was exiled from Planet Vegeta, I kept killing and fighting across the universe. It wasn't until I reached the Turbulent Domain that I learned what a true powerhouse was. So I settled there. It's a place for the strong, and you have to be powerful to survive."
"From then on, I spent every day fighting in the Turbulent Domain. Only evil Saiyans are truly powerful. My evil heart grew stronger and stronger there, and my evil aura kept increasing. That let me quickly establish a foothold."

Gaino said, "Has this guy been rambling on all this time just to tell us his life story?"
"I don't know. Anyway, he sure makes it sound convincing. He's quite the orator, so let's hear him out," Laiya said.
"Mm." Seeing Gaino and the others whispering among themselves without paying him any attention, Turles grew furious. He roared, "You lot! Your great king is speaking, and you're not even listening? This is unforgivable!"
His roar cut off Gaino and the others' conversation. Gaino said, "Oh, he's finally finished. I thought he was going to go on forever!"
System: Ding! Evil Saiyan Turles detected.
Mission: Kill Turles.
Reward: Time-Space Travel.
"Whoa, this reward is that amazing? Has the system suddenly grown a heart?"
Since the system had assigned the mission, he would take this guy out.
Gaino said, "Pirate King—no, I should call you Turles."
"I want to ask you something. Why aren't you staying in the Turbulent Domain and being its Pirate King? What are you doing in the South Galaxy? I'm sure you didn't come here for a stroll."
"Watch your tone when you speak to your great king, kid. Back when I was causing trouble on Planet Vegeta, I bet your mother hadn't even conceived you yet. And you dare call me by my name?"
"I know you're an elder, but that doesn't mean you can throw your weight around. I only asked why you came to the South Galaxy, and you're already putting on airs. Anyone who didn't know better would think you were a God of Destruction!"
"God of Destruction? What's that?"
Gaino said, "You don't even know what a God of Destruction is, yet you claim everyone in the universe has to give you some leeway. Take a good look at yourself! You think you can rule the Turbulent Domain? Here, I'll give you an idea: step down, and I'll become the new ruler of the Turbulent Domain!"
"Kid, you're asking for death! I was going to spare your life because you're a fellow Saiyan. But if you're so eager to die, don't blame me for showing no mercy to one of my own!"
"No thanks. I can do without the Pirate King's mercy."
"Turles, listen. The universe is teeming with powerful people. The strong you've been bragging about in the Turbulent Domain wouldn't last a single move against a God of Destruction. The most powerful being in this universe is Beerus, the God of Destruction."
"Stop strutting around in your little corner of the Turbulent Domain. You're nothing but a frog in a well. Go explore the universe sometime, and you'll see just how vast it really is."
"Enough nonsense, kid! I, Turles, am the most powerful being in this universe. I'll show you the might of the Pirate King!"
"Haah!" Turles roared, powering up furiously. Powerful waves of energy surged rapidly in every direction. Gaino and the others raised their arms to shield themselves from the tremendous aura he unleashed.
"So this guy really is that strong. I was wondering why the system would be so generous and reward me with Time-Space Travel. It turns out Turles's power level has already passed ten billion."
Gaino was nowhere near strong enough to match Turles. But wait—if his power level was over ten billion, shouldn't he be able to transform into a Super Saiyan? Why hadn't Turles transformed?
Could it be because of his evil heart?
Whatever the reason, his mission was to kill this evil Saiyan.
Gaino's base power level was currently three billion, nowhere near Turles's ten billion. But his longing to face a strong opponent far outweighed his fear.
Now that he finally had someone to fight with, how could he possibly be afraid? His body was already starting to thrill with excitement.
Gaino said, "Laiya, you all stand back. Turles is too strong for you to fight."
Cold sweat had already appeared on Laiya and the others' foreheads. When Turles unleashed his full aura, Slug was especially affected.
He stammered, "I had no idea this guy was so powerful. My legs are trembling on their own."
Seeing that Turles had prepared to fight, Gaino unleashed his full aura as well.
"Ahhh! Haaah!" With a boom, energy gushed from Gaino's body like a column of water shooting into the sky. "Come on, Turles! Let's fight!"
"Fool!" Turles was in front of Gaino in the blink of an eye, driving a fierce punch at his face. Gaino activated Time Skip, and Turles's fist grazed his cheek.
"Oh, you actually dodged my attack. Looks like you've got some skill."
Gaino was surprised too. He hadn't expected Turles's punch to be faster than his Time Skip. It seemed his own strength was still too low. If he were stronger, Time Skip would be more effective.
"You dodged one punch. Can you dodge this one?" As he spoke, Turles appeared behind Gaino and swept his leg into him. Gaino was sent flying.
With a thud, Gaino slammed into Planet Peida. The ground cracked, and a huge crater appeared before Laiya and the others. Dust billowed into the air.
Seeing Gaino sent flying, Laiya hurried over to him and cried, "Brother Gaino, are you all right?"
As the smoke cleared, Gaino appeared before them, blood at the corner of his mouth.
"He really is strong. This is the first time I've faced such a powerful enemy. But that's what makes it exciting."
