Background / History

Ma Xiaotao was raised by Yan Shaozhe, who watched over her from childhood as her Evil Fire repeatedly went out of control. During one early successful suppression, she asked whether she could ever live normally; Yan Shaozhe promised that she would, and that she would become stronger than anyone 121.

As Shrek’s Fire Phoenix Heavenly Maiden and the Spirit Soul Department’s successor, she developed into one of the Inner Court’s foremost talents. Her Evil Fire Phoenix martial soul granted formidable strength but left her vulnerable to uncontrollable eruptions, isolation, and exploitation by Evil Soul Masters 1 45.

Long Jinyu encounters her during a severe Evil Fire episode and uses Ultimate Ice to suppress it.
