By the time they finished eating, the streetlights had come on.

After watching Uchiha Obito and Nohara Rin leave, Namikaze Minato patted Kakashi on the shoulder. "Let's take a walk!"

Kakashi fell into step beside him.

"I heard from Sakumo that you've started training in Lightning Flicker."

Namikaze Minato said.

Kakashi nodded. "Yes. Genma developed it himself."

"It uses Lightning Release chakra to activate the cells, including the nerve cells, enhancing explosive power, speed, and reaction time."

"But it requires a high degree of chakra control and carries some risks. You need to train with Shadow Clones, so progress has been slow so far."

Namikaze Minato nodded. "Genma's a medical ninja, so he has a great advantage when it comes to chakra control."

"Lightning Flicker can make up for Chidori's weaknesses, and it suits you perfectly. It's a promising path, and I'm sure you can master it, Kakashi."

Namikaze Minato continued, "The Flying Thunder God is an S-rank technique. It involves a great deal of knowledge and places very high demands on its user."

Kakashi nodded. "Yes, I understand!"

Namikaze Minato smiled. "All right, then. See you tomorrow."

With that, he disappeared.

Just after seeing Shizune off, Genma suddenly realized he had gained 1 Setting Value.

"What's going on?"

Genma immediately opened the [Setting Collection] to check the log. He was quite surprised. "Teaching the Flying Thunder God Technique?"

"Why so suddenly?"

The Bringer-of-Darkness Technique was a genjutsu that completely robbed its target of sight.

Sarutobi Hiruzen, the Professor of Ninjutsu, was said to have mastered all seven nature transformations as well as Sealing Technique. Yet even he had been helpless against this technique, forced to endure it and rely on his sense of smell to counter it.

Of course, the ones who had used it against him were Senju Hashirama and Senju Tobirama.

Genma figured that with his mastery of Yin Release and chakra on the level of a Tailed Beast, no one below the Mangekyo level should be able to break free.

Robbing someone of their sight would strip most ninja of a large part of their combat ability.

After all, not everyone was Uchiha Madara, able to slaughter opponents with his eyes closed.
