The Ye Family is an ancient hidden clan with a thousand-year heritage, counted among the Three Great Hidden Families alongside the Black Tortoise Xu Family and the Body Sect. Its reputation rests on the Qilin martial soul and a long-established power-oriented cultivation tradition. 73 78

For generations, the clan trained its direct descendants along a fixed path: strength-enhancing soul rings, physical combat techniques, and overwhelming force. This orthodoxy became a source of conflict when Ye Ruilin rejected the prescribed bear-type soul ring for his first ring, arguing that the Qilin’s true potential lay in elemental evolution rather than physical enhancement alone. Ye Zhenting’s Coup
