Capture

Under the bombardment of the Kikoho, the clone turned into a pool of liquid, flowing rapidly and drilling to Raditz's feet. Raditz, focused on suppressing it, didn't notice the liquid that had sneaked out from the light. He continued to push his palm, trying to eliminate all the liquid metal.

Suddenly, he felt a chill at his feet. Looking down, an arm had wrapped around his ankle, clamping down on him like a vise.

A clone!

Raditz reacted instantly and quickly flew away. But the clone attached to him was relentless. It quickly gathered all its body fragments, formed into a human shape, grabbed Raditz's ankle, and forced him to the ground. Then, it rose and smashed an elbow into Raditz.

As the elbow strike came, Raditz parried the blow with his arms, throwing off the clone's balance. At the same time, a Kikoho from his hand shot upwards towards its chin, blasting half of its face.

The scorching energy made the air itself burn hot. The clone's pale blue exterior turned reddish from the heat. It was blasted backward by the Kikoho, its entire lower face from chin to nose destroyed, and its footing faltered as it retreated.

Looking at the other clones, they were also in bad shape. If not for their powerful regenerative abilities, they would have died countless times already.

"Calculation error, calculation error," a cold electronic voice transmitted, sending a chill down their spines.

"You only realize your mistake now? We're not something you can calculate," Raditz said, clenching his fist as he looked at the battered clone.

They usually kept their power levels at a low, normal state, using it as needed during battles. Sometimes, they would even unleash power they didn't expect themselves to possess. This was also part of their battle capability, reducing consumption, maximizing efficiency, and also providing an element of surprise against certain enemies.

These replicated metal toys, however, only had a fixed Battle Power. They neither hid it nor changed it according to the enemy's strength.

Although the Goku they copied fought similarly to the original, their Battle Power remained at the normal, non-full-power level. Furthermore, they overlooked the most crucial point: special techniques. They couldn't use Kamehameha or Kaio-ken!

Just as Raditz was feeling confident, the cold electronic voice spoke again, "Recalculation successful, energy retrieval." Simultaneously, several metallic skeletons appeared by the wall, presenting a ghastly, terrifying bone-white color.

At the end of the voice transmission, three clones turned into liquid and converged, reforming. The speed at which they shaped their bodies was incredibly fast. In less than three seconds, a new metal person had taken shape, transforming into another form – Raditz.

"Did they use all the others for hair?"

Raditz couldn't help but mock the clone in front of him that looked just like him, but he also knew the enemy had grown stronger.

Vegeta snorted, his white aura flaring up. With a "swoosh," he left behind an afterimage and flashed in front of the clone. He wouldn't miss such a great opportunity to beat up Raditz.

With a thought, Vegeta swung his powerful leg and flew at it with a roar.

The clone caught his lower leg with one hand, casually blocking his attack. Without even looking at him, the clone thrust out several sharp spikes, piercing Vegeta's lower leg, then flung him away with extreme indifference.

Vegeta crashed to the ground, blood flowing from the wounds in his leg, staining his Battle Suit red.

"Be careful!" Raditz shouted.

But it was too late...

A tremendous force sank deep into Vegeta's abdomen, his knee pressing against him, almost piercing through. The power of this blow was comparable to a Great Ape stomping the ground on Earth, causing him to spit out a mouthful of blood.

Then, two uppercuts, one left and one right, were returned to him exactly as they were, sending Vegeta flying backward, crashing into the wall.

This time, the effect of the heavy blow was evident. Vegeta collapsed on the ground, hands propping him up as sweat poured down. His Battle Power was much higher than Goku's normal state, and it should have surpassed Raditz's. Yet, facing a replicated imposter, he had been defeated twice!

Vegeta was furious. He stood up, leaning against the wall, his eyes burning with rage.

What he didn't know was that the clone, in addition to copying Raditz, had incorporated its own calculated results, seeing through all of Vegeta's fighting styles. As long as it could predict his moves, even Vegeta would be forced into a passive state.

In an instant, the wall opened upwards like sliding doors, and black mechanical tentacles extended out! Vegeta was caught off guard, grabbed firmly. The tentacles quickly locked onto him and covered his body.

The moment he was locked, a voice said, "Capture complete."

Vegeta struggled at first, forcefully breaking a few of the mechanical tentacles that held him. But gradually, his energy grew weaker and weaker, seemingly absorbed completely. Finally, he could only let his hands hang powerlessly.

"Everyone be careful, this guy's tentacles can absorb our energy! Don't get caught by them," Raditz floated into the air and warned everyone.

He noticed that the strange metallic skeletons were covered with transparent thin films. The things that could absorb energy were those transparent substances all along.

"Goku, let's go together!"

"Wait, look!" Tien Shinhan suddenly exclaimed. Raditz and Goku, who were about to move, were stopped by his words.

Everyone looked in unison, their pupils trembling. The orange-haired girl unconsciously took a step back, her face ashen.

Facing them were a large number of Raditz clones, too many to count. They surged out from a white light like a tide.

All of them repeated the same sentence, "You can't escape."
