Sitting up and rubbing his hands together twice, the rugged-faced man wore a somewhat pained expression.

"The prisoners in the prison have almost all disappeared."

"Come break someone out of prison!"

Before his words had even faded, a tremendous blast suddenly rang out.

BOOM—!!!

"Huh!?"

The man scrambled to the edge of the wall and looked down, only to find that a grenade had exploded at the prison entrance. And the one who had thrown it was, naturally—

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA—"

The man threw back his head and laughed loudly, startling Fujimaru Ritsuka and the others below. They hurriedly looked up to see a dark-skinned, bare-chested man standing atop the wall.

"Careful, that must be the Servant Roman mentioned!" Lawrence and Mash immediately stepped in front of Fujimaru Ritsuka, warily watching the male Servant while putting distance between themselves and the prison gates.

"Whoever you are, thank you for hearing my wish!" the man shouted, looking down at them. Nothing remained in his eyes but excited fighting spirit. "So then—"

He leapt down, landing heavily on the ground with a thunderous crash that kicked up billowing dust.

"Ah, Master, that's—"

As the dust dispersed and revealed the Servant's appearance, Mash cried out the moment she saw his face.

"A Servant we encountered in the Rome Singularity. Beowulf." Fujimaru Ritsuka
