Robin had somehow produced her staff from who knew where and was frowning as she looked around.
She could sense numerous magical reactions appearing around them. The dirge had already begun to take effect.
Gritting her teeth as the dirge rang in her ears, Robin was thoroughly enraged.
Death, death, death. How many fairies had died in the Fairy Realm because of this damned dirge? And now it had actually spread to the human world!?
The hand clutching her staff trembled slightly, as did her pupils.
"Miss Robin...?" Mash was slightly stunned by the powerful magical energy radiating from Robin.
"Those knights aren't here right now, so you two can fight, right? After all, little miss with the shield, you look like a Servant too." Robin raised her head to glance at Mash, a mischievous grin appearing on her face. "I heard from those guys that you're one of the Knights of the Round Table too. You won't lose to them, will you?"
"I won't! I'm ready to fight!" Mash answered without hesitation.
"I'll leave the battle to you two." Fujimaru Ritsuka nodded at Robin and Mash.
Her gaze carried a trace of gravity and vigilance. "I have a feeling... there's something strange about the dirge here."
"If we make it out alive, we'll investigate it! They're coming!" Robin's pupils contracted as she looked at the walking corpses charging toward them and called out a warning.

The dirge mingled with the roars of the walking corpses, seeming to rise sharply for an instant.
The walking corpses' eyes turned blood-red, and their movements became swift
