"So, you want to summon a new Servant?"
Napoleon nodded thoughtfully as he stroked his chin, having understood what Fujimaru Ritsuka meant.
"Indeed. Even with me and young Norla here, our combat strength is extremely unstable right now."
"This isn't about combat strength."
Fujimaru Ritsuka shook his head, rejecting Napoleon's assessment.
"What we need now is a Servant who can provide logistical support to the greatest extent possible with limited resources."
"Maintenance and upkeep for the submersible, electricity—or rather, rebuilding the energy supply system—installing the Spirit Origin Shadow, developing Mash's Spirit Origin Exoskeleton, addressing the flaws in Mr. Norla's body, and a certain degree of positional combat capability."
"Chaldea has far too many problems that need solving right now."
"I see. So you mean summoning a Caster?"
Napoleon finally understood.
What Fujimaru Ritsuka said certainly made sense.
From a combat standpoint, both Norla and Napoleon were Servants highly skilled in direct confrontation. As long as truly troublesome enemies in this Lostbelt did not charge straight at them, there was no need to worry when facing Giants and Valkyries.
But the only one who could reliably guarantee their combat strength at any time was still Napoleon.
Until the Spirit Origin Exoskeleton arrived, Mash could only play a supporting role. Although Leonardo da Vinci had sorted out Norla's condition somewhat, it was ultimately only a temporary fix. Norla's state worsened and grew more unstable after every battle. Sooner or later, he would fall back into the state where he could throw Napoleon several kilometers away.
Napoleon might survive that situation, but Fujimaru Ritsuka and Mash definitely would not.
Fujimaru Ritsuka believed that Leonardo da Vinci surely had a way to truly figure out how to solve Norla's current problem. The issue was that da Vinci simply could not spare any more attention.
