The whiteness before them spread almost instantly. Before the frost even reached the destroyers, Ye Luo and the others felt bone-piercing cold. Space itself was cold, which was why only experts above level ten could use energy to shield their bodies while traveling through it. But this cold was even more intense, as though it could freeze every living thing to the core.

Cracking sounds echoed from the destroyer's bridge. The life force of the Armored Beetles composing the warship plummeted again and again. Frost spread across the ship's surface toward the bridge, and ice crystals began coating the walls of the entire command room. Ye Luo did not dare hesitate and immediately ordered the destroyer's Zerg Hive to open the hatch. Yet no response came from the destroyer's Zerg Hive!
