After learning Nangong Natsuki’s spatial magic and Yor’s assassination and god-slaying techniques, he was told to retrieve the students and take those who reached Tier 5 to a new world.

• Principal Hu told Nangong Natsuki to watch Li Yu as he absorbed Divinity in the altar space.
• Li Yu spent a month absorbing Apollo’s power, reached Tier 7, and gained Apollo’s Authority, Incarnation of the Sun, before completing his transformation into a God Slayer.
• Nangong Natsuki’s attempt to teleport Li Yu failed because his magic resistance negated the spell, so he returned to his dormitory on his own.

• Yun Shu stored magic power in her heart to create a dangerous reserve, while Li Yu refused Xia Yu’s request to do the same.
• Nangong Natsuki gathered the group and teleported them from Boundary Island to a fortified facility filled with magic-suppressing arrays and weapons.
• Li Yu and the others entered the spatial passage after Nangong Natsuki explained that the other side had similar defenses.

Li Yu was separated from his classmates after arriving in the world of the Holy Grail War, but he used Asagi Aiba’s group chat to coordinate their reunions. After discovering he had received a Command Spell in Fuyuki City, he killed Ryuunosuke and went to the Matou basement, where he rescued Matou Sakura from Zouken’s bugs.

• Morgan told Artoria that another version of Britain had become a Lostbelt and that her wish to save Britain had failed.
• Artoria checked that Irisviel was unharmed, then let Kiritsugu Emiya and Maiya Hisau leave with her.

After warning Asuna and giving her instructions, he returned to Boundary Island and was pulled into a new Dimensional Rift that led to Infinity Castle in Demon Slayer.

• Tanjiro Kamado asked Li Yu who he was, and Li Yu explained that a spatial distortion had pulled him in from another world.

• Li Yu sensed Verethragna in a sparsely populated alley and found him retrieving his scattered Authorities.
