Wang Zhen had just taken out the Cat Xenomorph, the greatest threat to a glass cannon like himself, and his mood was quite excellent!

Consequently, he was very casual, even teasing, when responding to Zheng Zha's inquiry. Zheng Zha, however, had nearly been gutted and had his heart torn out before he even clearly saw the enemy. Having just relied on the powerful regenerative abilities of his Mutant Vampire Bloodline to heal the three long, deep gashes across his torso, he had been hoping to show off his masculine prowess by preemptively summoning his instinctive Blood Shadow to fight for him, cleanly and efficiently avenging himself by hammering that Xenomorph into a flat patty.

As it turned out, before he could even pull off that stunt, Wang Zhen told him he had already smashed that Xenomorph into a pile of mush!

Zheng Zha couldn't help but blank out for a moment, only then remembering that Wang Zhen also possessed a superpower. Although it was rumored to have significant flaws, a superpower was still a superpower, and it was certainly cooler than lugging around two oversized hammers.

Why hadn't he thought of using a superpower back then?

While the Mutant Vampire Bloodline could boost his looks and recovery, it was strictly for melee combat. Yet, he hadn't prepared any weapons, forcing him to scavenge for junk on the ground and end up holding two hammers. Thank goodness no one else was around, or it would have been a total disaster for his image!

In the future, if people started talking about "Zheng Zha, the guy with the two hammers," how the hell was he supposed to lead the Zhongzhou Team?

Zheng Zha was feeling quite dissatisfied with his bloodline, and that dissatisfaction hit its peak when paired with the two hammers in his hands.

But it was all for nothing!

He couldn't put the hammers down—at least not yet—because there were still Xenomorphs left to kill. If he dropped them, would he have to go back to prying up steel chairs and twisting off pipes to use as spears like before?

"Zheng Zha, we have to keep moving! There are only three of us left, and there are so many Xenomorphs waiting for us to farm!" Seeing Zheng Zha staring at the two oversized claw hammers in his hands with a flickering gaze, Wang Zhen knew these things were truly ruining his image and lowering his status. Zheng Zha wanted the rewards but didn't want to do the dirty work.

Where was such a sweet deal to be found?

He hadn't prepared weapons himself, and after Wang Zhen had gone through the trouble of finding him two hammers, he shouldn't be thinking about anything other than giving it his all, growing stronger, and achieving greatness!

Hearing Wang Zhen's words, Zheng Zha realized that even if he wanted to ditch these ugly hammers, he had to finish off the Xenomorphs first. Without a decent tool in hand, how could he kill them?

"Fine! I get it. I was just doubting whether this thing could actually hammer a Xenomorph to death. If it's not effective, wouldn't it be a huge joke when we run into one?" Zheng Zha didn't want to admit the hammers were ugly, so he could only justify them through their utility. After all, they were just tools for smashing things and driving nails, not weapons.

"Compared to professional gear, there's naturally a gap, but for you right now, this is a divine weapon because you don't have anything better. So, don't doubt it. Strengthen your resolve, grow stronger, and achieve greatness! Once you hammer a few Xenomorphs to death and earn some reward points, you can exchange for whatever you want back at the God Hall." Wang Zhen couldn't be bothered to explain further and just laid it out plainly.

Hearing Wang Zhen's blunt words, Zheng Zha could only let out a long sigh, swung the hammers a couple of times, lifted his chin, and randomly picked a corridor to walk into.

Wang Zhen and Zhang Jie exchanged a glance and sighed in unison. This was absolutely absurd!

Because the corridor Zheng Zha had randomly chosen led straight to the Xenomorph nest!

As he walked, Wang Zhen calculated the number of Xenomorphs. He couldn't help but narrow his eyes. Based on the maximum estimate, there were six Xenomorphs left. If one of those was a Queen, that meant one Queen and five unknowns. Given the God's typical style, those five were likely Royal Guards.

"Damn! I forgot about the one inside Ripley, and that Weyland Corporation android spy... Ash." Wang Zhen frowned as he thought of this. There were only three of them left, and they were heading straight for the nest, but the movie characters were still here, and there were many sequels that made up this massive IP.

So, what about Ripley?

Just as Wang Zhen thought about the female lead, Ripley, the God Watch on his wrist suddenly gave a slight vibration.

"The God has issued a mission?" Wang Zhen's heart stirred, and he immediately checked the latest mission on the watch.

"Timed Mission: Ripley has initiated the ship's self-destruct sequence. One-hour countdown started. Rescue Ripley, place her in a cryo-pod, and eject from the ship."

"Timed Mission: Kill Ash and prevent him from transmitting information back to Weyland Corporation headquarters on Earth."

"Timed Mission: Eliminate the Xenomorphs on the ship."

"Damn! What a joke!"

"I knew the God wouldn't let us hold hands and happily farm monsters together. Here it is! Three people, three missions. I'm truly impressed!" Once Wang Zhen saw the three missions, he understood. This was forcing them to split up, with each person completing one task. Since they were timed, it effectively ruled out the possibility of them working as a team!

"What do we do? It's obviously impossible to do these in sequence, given they're timed!" Zheng Zha was getting anxious. After all, there was a one-minute countdown just to accept the missions.

"Nothing else to say! One mission each. Zheng Zha, your intuition is the strongest; you barely ever get lost. You take the mission to rescue Ripley. Without you, I doubt anyone else could find her. As for the other two, Wang Zhen and I will play rock-paper-scissors. Whoever wins picks their mission. Agreed?" Zhang Jie stepped up. As a veteran, he was quite skilled at making quick decisions.

"Forget it. Zhang Jie, let's not bother with rock-paper-scissors. I'm terrible at it, so just consider me the loser. I'll take the mission to eliminate the Xenomorphs. I'm terrible with directions; if you asked me to find that android Ash in this maze of a ship, I wouldn't find him in ten hours, let alone one!" Wang Zhen said directly upon hearing Zhang Jie.

"Alright then. You chose your own path; I hope you don't regret it!" Zhang Jie looked at Wang Zhen with some surprise and nodded in agreement.

"The mission starts in a few seconds! Let's shout a slogan; after all, the final mission is about to begin!" Wang Zhen looked at Zheng Zha and Zhang Jie and said casually.

"Didn't you say it before? Grow stronger and achieve greatness!" After selecting the "Rescue Ripley" mission, Zheng Zha turned and charged into a nearby corridor.

"Grow stronger and achieve greatness! It's been a long time since I've had such an exciting mission; I'm getting pumped! You kid picked a good slogan. In a hellhole like this, you need something invigorating, inspiring, and heart-pumping!" Zhang Jie put on the air of a satisfied big brother, patted Wang Zhen on the shoulder, and headed toward another corridor.
