The Raikage's strike had indeed been faster than he anticipated, but thanks to his high-level Observation and Armament Haki, he had sensed the danger in advance. Doflamingo easily caught the blade with one hand coated in Armament Haki, while his other hand reached to intercept the Raikage's hand-blade, only for the Raikage to use the momentum to dodge away.

"If you want this sword so badly, take it!" Orochimaru released the Kusanagi Sword. Doflamingo activated his String-String Fruit, wrapping the blade in a cocoon of threads and tossing it aside.

"What a slippery eel. In that case, I'll just finish you both off. Giant Wave, White Line!"

The ground beneath Doflamingo's feet had transformed into a world of white threads—the hallmark of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit awakening, capable of altering the surrounding environment.

The ground began to churn, and buildings twisted, assimilating into a tidal wave of white threads that surged to surround Orochimaru and the Raikage.

"Raikage, it's time to get serious." Orochimaru licked his lips in excitement. The Raikage remained cool and silent, silently gathering his chakra.
