Background / History
Zhu Shen selects people from different worlds as Reincarnators and uses their missions to influence other worlds and acquire their destiny. Minato Namikaze is an early recruit, sent from the Ninja World to the Starfish World; later missions bring together recruits who may have little knowledge of one another's worlds 2 5 27 32.
The Main God Space expands from individual assignments to world missions involving hundreds or thousands of Reincarnators. Participants hunt manifested disasters in the Parasyte world and later compete in faction-based stages in the Resident Evil world 29 35 99 100. As the organization grows, Reincarnators also travel through the Reincarnation Universe to transfer between missions and trade 382.
Membership and Mission Rules
- Selection and status — The Main God Space grants selected individuals Reincarnator status. Novice missions can revoke that status and erase related memories on failure; successful completion unlocks ordinary status 2 67 79.
- Rewards — Missions award points, side quests, skills or other benefits. Points can be spent on enhancements, treatment, items and even the resurrection of a specific person 2 10 17 79.
- Assistant System — A personal system displays missions and exchange options. Later upgrades add cross-world communication, expanded storage and restricted item teleportation 8 29 37.
- Restrictions — Rules vary by mission. Some prohibit attacks within a faction or during a preparation period, while restrictions against malicious attacks may cease during a post-mission stay 35 99 378.
- Limits on transport — Revised rules restrict joint use of World Training Cards and how non-Reincarnators can be taken out of a world 93.
