Background / History

Xiao Li is Xiao Zhan's second son and the middle brother of Xiao Ding and Xiao Yan. He transmigrated into Xiao Li's body fourteen years before the story begins, retaining foreknowledge, unusually powerful soul strength, exceptional intelligence, and a photographic memory. He understands that the original Xiao Li would sacrifice himself for his clan and younger brother, and he resolves to grow strong enough to change the Xiao Clan's fate. 1

At fourteen, dissatisfied with the Xiao Clan's limited resources, he leaves Wutan City alone to train. Xiao Zhan ultimately supports his decision in secret, leaving him the Thunder Scale Spear and a lightning-attribute Dou Skill manual. 1
