Background / History

Originally named Yang Pan, Xia Manggan awakens in a new body and accepts the name given by his parents, recognizing his blood connection to the Great Xia Imperial Clan. He is raised with immense resources but is sent away from the royal capital to cultivate independently rather than be sheltered by his family. Uncle Fox, a Heavenly Immortal and his father’s spirit beast, serves as an early guardian and guide. 2

Xia Manggan is the son of the Xia Emperor and Shenrong Qianxue. His father secretly supports his growth with teachings, divine abilities, resources, guards, and protection while deliberately limiting interference unless Xia Manggan faces mortal danger or seeks to enter the Primordial Spirit realm. 39 98
