"Whether it's returning from the dead or another world, one truly encounters all sorts of strange adventures after living long enough," Master Roshi of this world said with a sigh, stroking his white beard.

Son Wukong, meanwhile, expressed her full curiosity toward the male Master Roshi: "My master is also Master Roshi, but she is an old grandmother. A grandfather Master Roshi is so strange."

"Little girl, let me guess—is your grandfather Son Gohan?"

"How did you know?" Son Wukong asked, surprised.

"So it is true? I once heard the Son Gohan of this world say that he found a bad-tempered baby with a tail. I imagine the Son Gohan of your world likely had a similar experience."

"But in our world, that baby with a tail grew up to be a villain," Krillin remarked with a sigh. "The differences between the two worlds are truly fascinating."

"The me of another world is actually a woman?" Master Roshi's thoughts wandered elsewhere. "Hehehe, I really want to see what a female version of myself looks like."

"Please, take a look." Zhang Wutian took out his phone and pulled up a family photo.

"I see many familiar faces, and some children I don't recognize. Oh! Is this me from the other world? She really is just an old grandmother."

"But if she exerts her full strength and channels her energy, her body becomes young again."

"Oh, oh, oh!! Will she turn into a beauty?" Master Roshi looked at Zhang Wutian with anticipation.

"Don't develop ulterior motives toward your own self from another world..." Zhang Wutian wiped cold sweat from his brow as he put his phone away, thinking that his own Master Roshi back home had much more integrity.

Following this, Zhang Wutian and Son Wukong stayed in this world for a while longer. They caught up with Tien Shinhan and met a series of people who had been resurrected. Some were unable to let go of their unease regarding Wukong's presence, but Zhang Wutian simply laughed it off; they were leaving this world soon anyway, so it was a case of "out of sight, out of mind."

During this time, the resurrected King Piccolo wisely chose to keep a low profile, so no one intended to hunt him down. The entire world seemed to fall into a brief period of silence, with no one willing to break this hard-won peace.

After staying for some time, Zhang Wutian bid farewell to Krillin and the others, then used the Flight Technique to head toward a certain location.

The two flew all the way to the old home of this world's Son Wukong, which was the exact spot where Zhang Wutian had first arrived when he crossed over.

In a place that was almost entirely identical, Zhang Wutian and Son Wukong found the small cabin that had belonged to Son Goku.

An old man stood behind the house, offering incense at a grave.

This lonely tomb was the very purpose of their trip. Before leaving this world, the two wanted to pay their final respects to the deceased Evil Son Goku. After asking around, they had finally arrived here.

"Goku?" Noticing the two descending from the sky, the old man offering incense looked at the Son Wukong beside Zhang Wutian in surprise. He blinked, sighed, and said, "No, you two must be visitors from another world. I have heard Master Roshi mention you."

"Grandpa... no, you are the grandpa of this world." Because she had already met the elderly Son Gohan, who had been brought back to the living world by Fortuneteller Baba in her own world, Son Wukong managed not to lose her composure.

The Son Gohan of this world had been resurrected; clearly, he had been killed by the Evil Son Goku of this world, and it was precisely because of this that the old man met the conditions for resurrection and returned to the land of the living.

Although he was an enemy, Evil Son Goku was, after all, closely linked to Wukong. At the same time, for Zhang Wutian, Son Goku was a very special existence. Thus, before the grave of the deceased, the two respectfully offered incense and bowed.

During his battle with Evil Son Goku, Zhang Wutian had once declared that he would carve the words "you have guts" onto Son Goku's tombstone, but out of respect for the dead, he ultimately did not do so.

Entering the house, the old man poured them a cup of water and held his own tea cup. Looking at Wukong, Son Gohan said wistfully, "The me of that world did a wonderful job; he raised you into an excellent, good child."

"Hehe..." Son Wukong laughed.

"But I failed. As a result, Goku became like that..." Son Gohan's mood seemed incredibly low.

"Do you regret adopting Son Goku?" Zhang Wutian asked.

"No, I don't regret it. I am very happy that I was able to adopt that child. Although he was bad-tempered and easily impatient, he was actually a kind-hearted child. If I could have stayed by his side, accompanied him, and taught him the right path, the future wouldn't have turned out like this..."

"But I failed. I overestimated my own strength. I left him too early, leaving him to face this world all alone..."

"Everything is my fault..."

This was an old man who blamed all the tragedies on himself. Even at the very end, he had always loved his grandson, yet in this world, his grandson was already gone.

Zhang Wutian thought of the Son Gohan in his own world. Which side was truly happier? Was it the Son Gohan who lost his life but entrusted his most important treasure to another, leaving no regrets, or this Son Gohan who gained a new life but lost what he wanted to protect, forced to bury his own grandson? The answer seemed self-evident.

"Grandpa!" Son Wukong suddenly left Zhang Wutian's side, walked up to Son Gohan, and said loudly, "I will definitely be a good child! I will grow up well, I will never do bad things, and I will live on for his sake too! I will help more people, so please, don't be sad anymore!!"

At that moment, Son Gohan seemed to see the shadow of his own grandson in the little girl before him.

That bad-tempered, restless, disobedient little monkey who was always clinging to him seemed to be reborn in Wukong.

"Yes, Grandpa isn't sad. You are a good child."

Son Gohan tried his best to put on a smile, but the old man's tears could not stop flowing.

Afterward, the Son Gohan of this world invited the two to eat a simple meal in the mountains. Naturally, for Son Wukong, this simple meal was filled with the familiar taste of her grandfather.

After lingering for a few days, Zhang Wutian and Son Wukong finally had to say goodbye.

"Come back and visit again," Son Gohan said, waving his hand as his emotions had finally stabilized. "If you ever get married, remember to bring the wedding photos to show me."

"Grandpa said the exact same thing as the other Grandpa," Son Wukong said.

"Because we are both your grandfather," Son Gohan laughed heartily, seemingly having truly set his sorrow aside.

"Zhang Wutian, please take good care of Wukong. I'm counting on you," he then said to Zhang Wutian.

"Rest assured, I won't let Wukong suffer any harm!" Zhang Wutian said earnestly.

"What? Zhang Wutian, are you planning to stop me from fighting?" Clearly, the only way to suffer no harm was to avoid all combat. Startled, Son Wukong spoke up suddenly.

"How are you so sharp at a time like this? I was just saying polite pleasantries! You should just space out like you usually do!"

"So you were lying to Grandpa? That's not good."

"That's social etiquette! It's a white lie."

"So you're still lying, then?"

"I told you, this isn't a lie; it's the wisdom of an adult."

"Zhang Wutian is a big liar."

"I can't take it anymore! Fine, let's just duel. Wukong, I'm going to use my fists to convince you!!"

"Bring it on! Let's go, let's see who's stronger!!"

"Hahaha..." Watching the two of them mess around, the smile never left old Son Gohan's face. His laughter drifted over the treetops, across the mountains and forests, and carried far into the distance...
