"Home really was the best!" Zhang Wutian spread his arms and lazily sprawled across his own soft bed.

"Home really was the best!" Son Wukong did a somersault and pounced onto the bed in free fall, crashing into Zhang Wutian's stomach before bouncing off to one side with a duang.

Zhang Wutian felt that Dad's body was tough enough to withstand the antics of a monkey girl like her, but she could not fool around on Dad's bed! What kind of behavior was that?!

"Didn't I prepare a separate room for you? Go on, go sleep over there."

"No, I want to sleep with you!" Son Wukong said. "Grandpa told me that I should sleep in the same bed as my husband. I want to fall asleep smelling you."

"I know you didn't mean anything by it, but that sounds incredibly perverted! What exactly did that shameless old man Son Gohan tell you?"

"I'm sleepy. Good night, Zhang Wutian." Clinging to Zhang Wutian like a koala, Son Wukong did not answer him at all. She yawned and quickly fell asleep.

"Have you got me completely figured out already?"

Held without the slightest guard by that soft, tiny, freshly washed, sweet-smelling body, Zhang Wutian noticed that Wukong's feminine features beneath her pajamas had become increasingly apparent.

"Wukong is fourteen this year? If she keeps developing at this rate, she might really have quite a future..."

Thinking that, Zhang Wutian unconsciously placed his palm over Son Wukong's chest and pressed down lightly.

Only then did he realize what he had just done.

"Ptui, ptui, ptui! What am I doing? Stop it, Zhang Wutian! Making a move on a fourteen-year-old schoolgirl is a crime!! Wukong trusts me so much—how could I take advantage of her like this?! I have to restrain myself. At least wait until Wukong is sixteen... No!! I cherish Wukong as if she were my daughter! How could I make a move on my own daughter?! Even if I've met her family, that doesn't make it okay!"

"You're so noisy, Zhang Wutian..." Son Wukong shifted drowsily, then hugged Zhang Wutian tighter and continued sleeping.

The two little mounds on the girl's chest were now pressed completely against Zhang Wutian.

Zhang Wutian stiffened for a moment, then suddenly relaxed.

"Honestly, what am I agonizing over? I'll just let nature take its course."

Carefully, he used the Flight Technique to make his body float, adjusting his sleeping position so that both he and Wukong could sleep more comfortably.

After finishing all that, Zhang Wutian closed his eyes as well and quickly drifted into peaceful sleep.

Thus, with Son Wukong's second search for the Dragon Balls as its starting point, the great adventure of Zhang Wutian and Son Wukong finally came to an end, entering a time of rest.

Having agreed to meet their companions again at the twenty-second World Martial Arts Tournament two and a half years later, Son Wukong decided to live with Zhang Wutian during that time. The two of them thus came to West City, which could almost be considered Zhang Wutian's second hometown.

From coming and going together to sharing a bed, Zhang Wutian must have looked like a beast preying on a schoolgirl to outsiders. Even the servants he employed had begun looking at their master with harsh, piercing eyes.

During this period of leisure, Zhang Wutian threw himself into work at the martial arts school.

After all, it was a money tree that brought in a fortune every day. To maintain his comfortable lifestyle, Zhang Wutian naturally had to devote more attention to it.

Nam, the instructor Zhang Wutian had hired for the martial arts school, had done very well during this time. A group of outstanding students emerged under Nam's careful instruction. Afterward, Zhang Wutian selected several talented, persevering, hardworking children from among them and, after speaking with them, accepted them all as disciples.

The three most outstanding disciples were Raoh, Toki, and Kenshiro. The potential of all three was hardly inferior to Krillin's. Others, such as Ken, Robert, and Benimaru Nikaido, were slightly less gifted, but Zhang Wutian believed that the more capable disciples he had, the better, so he accepted them as well.

"Raoh, Toki, Kenshiro... I feel like there's one more person... Is that just my imagination?"

Zhang Wutian did not hold back his martial arts knowledge, carefully teaching everyone everything he knew. After all, he had once trained under Master Korin, who was revered as the god of martial arts. He did have some genuine skill in him.

The martial arts school flourished more and more, its disciples grew increasingly numerous, and it earned ever more money. Then, after half a year of peaceful living, Zhang Wutian grew bored again.

"Wukong, let's go on an adventure."

"Okay! When are we leaving?" Son Wukong occasionally appeared at the martial arts school as well. At that moment, she was doing fingertip push-ups in the enormous courtyard, and she sprang up from the ground as she answered happily. Clearly, she was not someone who could stay idle either.

"Let me scout things out first. If there's no danger, I'll come get you."

Zhang Wutian's concern was not unnecessary. Although he controlled that marvelous space, he could not determine what would appear beyond the door. What lay on the other side was beyond his control.

If he opened a door and a wild Super Saiyan suddenly jumped out from the other side, that would truly be a tragedy.

Opening a black hole and entering the space, Zhang Wutian faced a world of pure white. On a sudden whim, he tested it by thinking, Return to my original world, return to my original world, return to my original world.

Of course, he was not thinking of Wukong's world. Although he had already regarded that world as his second hometown, what Zhang Wutian wanted to open now was his true homeland—the world without any supernatural abilities, where the laws of physics were unprecedentedly solid.

The black hole opened, yet Zhang Wutian discovered that he could not enter it.

An inexplicable barrier blocked the black hole and prevented Zhang Wutian from advancing.

On the other side of the black hole was Zhang Wutian's home. Pressed against that transparent barrier, he could even see the skyscrapers on the other side.

Yet he simply could not get through. As if it were deliberately opposing him, the barrier kept him on this side.

"You're seriously pulling this on me?!" Zhang Wutian pounded hard against the transparent barrier, each punch heavier than the last. Eventually, he even produced sonic booms, but it was useless. Though it felt like glass to the touch, the barrier was so sturdy that Zhang Wutian could not shake it in the slightest. Even when he struck it with enough force to create a meteor crater in the ground, the transparent barrier remained utterly motionless.

Clenching his fists, Zhang Wutian sighed.

"So the conclusion is that I'm still not strong enough? If I could roar space apart like the later Majin Buu, then I could probably break a barrier like this easily."

Pressed against the cold barrier, Zhang Wutian greedily gazed at everything beyond the black hole. It was an emotion called homesickness. Only when even Zhang Wutian himself felt that he should not linger any longer did he stop and reluctantly leave the black hole.

"Let's just find somewhere to wander around."

Leaving the previous black hole intact, another black hole appeared before Zhang Wutian. This time, there was no barrier, and he could enter it easily.

"I hope it isn't some ridiculously awful world." With that thought in mind, Zhang Wutian stepped into the black hole.
