"Li Lin."

Trunks murmured the unfamiliar name and shook his head slightly.

"No, this is the first time I've heard that name. If there were someone this powerful on Earth, there should be records of him in history!"

"Could something have gone wrong with the Time Machine? Did it send me to a different timeline?"

Li Lin saw Trunks's confused expression and smiled, shaking his head.

He wanted to explain, but reason told him he couldn't.

It was best not to reveal that he was a transmigrator, or he might invite trouble.

After all, there were beings in this world who existed on an even higher plane.

Everyone heard their conversation and was completely baffled. They had no idea what the two were talking about.

Son Goku smiled at the group as he greeted them.

Krillin, Piccolo, Tien Shinhan, and the others gathered around Son Goku.

Tien Shinhan grinned and teased him. "It's been so long. Looks like you've gotten a lot stronger."

"Heh!" Hearing the praise, Son Goku scratched his head and smiled without denying it.

The others all chimed in with jokes. After being apart for so long, they had plenty to say.

Son Goku responded to them one by one. After wandering through space for so long, Earth still felt like home.

"It's great that everyone's okay," Goku said with a smile. Then his expression suddenly turned serious, and he continued, "I heard Frieza came to Earth too. Where is he now? Has he not arrived yet?"

When everyone heard Goku ask where Frieza was, they were about to explain when a voice interrupted them.

"Frieza's already been defeated by me!" It was Li Lin. He smiled as he stepped forward. "It's nice to meet you, Son Goku!"

When everyone saw who had spoken, they immediately parted to make way for him.

Goku's expression froze for a moment when he heard the voice. Then he said with a silly grin, "Oh! It's nice to meet you!"

Since it was his first time meeting Li Lin, he seemed a little at a loss.

He began wondering to himself when such a powerful fighter had appeared on Earth.

He'd even managed to defeat Frieza.

Back then, Goku had only beaten Frieza after transforming into a Super Saiyan on Planet Namek.

Seeing Li Lin step forward to talk, Trunks suddenly remembered the reason he'd come to this timeline.

Li Lin's unexpected appearance had completely thrown him off. He'd forgotten what he was supposed to do!

"Mr. Goku, could I speak with you in private for a moment?"

Trunks called out loudly. He moved incredibly fast, rushing straight over to Goku.

Goku saw another unfamiliar face and was instantly bewildered.

Who are all these people?

I've been away for so long. How come all these people I don't know have suddenly shown up?!
