Zarbon's Death.

Twenty minutes later.

"Zarbon, let's split up. Once we've shaken them off, we'll use our scouters to contact each other."

Leige said to Zarbon.

"Agreed."

Zarbon replied.

As soon as he finished speaking, Zarbon flew north, while Leige flew south.

"Lord Savik, the scouter shows that Leige and Zarbon have split up."

A green-skinned, winged individual said to Savik.

"Split up and pursue. Geli, take your men and chase after Leige. I'll take the others to hunt down Zarbon. Kill them on sight once you catch up."

Savik commanded the green-skinned, winged individual.

Savik had just scanned Leige and Zarbon's power levels: Leige's was 8,000, Zarbon's was 23,000, and Geli's was 13,000. That was more than enough to handle Leige's 8,000, and with his own power level of 50,000, he was more than capable of dealing with Zarbon's 23,000.

Ten minutes later.

"They really did split up to chase us. Now I can deal with them without any worries!"

Leige said, watching Geli and his men trailing two hundred meters behind him.

Leige turned and charged rapidly toward Geli and his group.

"Bang! Bang! Boom, boom, boom!"

Leige took out two space pirates with a pair of punches. He then fired three energy blasts, eliminating six more. In moments, Leige had wiped out all eight space pirates Geli had brought with him.

"You're courting death!"

Geli shouted.

Geli lunged toward Leige, intending to kill him in a single blow.

"Bang!"

Leige moved instantly in front of Geli and struck him with a punch, sending him flying.

"Go to hell!"

Leige shouted.

"Boom, boom, boom!"

As he yelled, Leige fired dozens of energy blasts at Geli.

"Damn it! I'm going to kill you!"

Geli screamed, his body covered in wounds.

"That depends on whether you have the ability to do so."

Leige replied.

"Bang!"

Geli threw a punch at Leige, but Leige blocked it with his hand and immediately followed up with a Divine Dragon Tail Whip, sending Geli spiraling away.

"You clearly only have a power level of 8,000. I have 13,000—why can't I beat you?"

Geli asked.

He couldn't understand why he couldn't defeat Leige when his own power level was 5,000 higher.

"Swish! Boom."

Leige fired an energy beam from his fingertip, destroying the scouter Geli was wearing. He then deactivated his own. With the scouters off, their communication and monitoring functions were disabled, ensuring that whatever happened here would remain unknown to Zarbon and Frieza.

"You rely too much on your scouter. What made you think 8,000 was the extent of my true strength?"

Leige said.

"Are you saying you were hiding your power?"

Geli asked.

"A man about to die doesn't need to know so much. You might as well go to your grave in the dark."

Leige said.

"Boom!"

Geli fired an energy blast directly at Leige.

"Squelch! Boom!"

Leige dodged the blast, appeared behind Geli in a flash, and punched straight through his body. He then fired an energy wave from his hand, reducing Geli to dust.

"Zarbon has probably been killed by Savik by now."

Leige remarked.

After saying this, Leige turned his scouter back on.

"Prince Leige, come save me quickly."

Leige had just turned on his scouter when he heard Zarbon's cry for help.

"Zarbon, I can barely save myself. Find a chance to run; I'll try to contact headquarters."

Leige said.

"Understood."

Zarbon replied from the other end of the scouter.

Leige couldn't save himself, so he could only try to find a way to survive first.

"Headquarters, please respond. Headquarters, please respond."

Leige began to contact the headquarters on Frieza Planet No. 2.

Five minutes later.

"Headquarters receiving. Is this Prince Leige?"

The person at headquarters asked.

"It is. Who are you?"

Leige asked.

"Your subordinate Tagoma. Has Prince Leige encountered some trouble?"

Tagoma asked.

"While returning from Planet Vegeta, Zarbon and I were attacked by an unidentified fleet while passing through the Heka Galaxy. We have now landed on Ice Flame Planet, and our spaceship was destroyed by those people. Send someone to pick us up as soon as possible; we are on Ice Flame Planet."

Leige said.

"Received, Prince Leige. I will report this to the King immediately. We will send someone to retrieve you as soon as possible."

Tagoma said.

"Zarbon, you can't escape. Be a good boy and accept your death."

Savik caught up to Zarbon, surrounded him with his men, and said.

"Savik, I am one of King Frieza's men. If you dare to touch me, King Frieza will definitely wipe you out to avenge me."

Zarbon said.

"Hahaha, our boss Dige isn't afraid of Frieza. Besides, we are currently working with King Cooler, and King Cooler's strength is far greater than Frieza's."

Savik said.

"You really don't intend to let me go?"

Zarbon said.

"I'm paid to do a job. Die."

Savik said.

"Although that form is a bit ugly, I have no choice but to use it to save my life."

Zarbon said.

Zarbon transformed immediately after speaking.

"Your combat power actually reached 32,000. What a pity, you're still going to die."

Savik said.

"Bang, bang, boom."

Savik and Zarbon began trading blows, punch for punch.

Five minutes later.

"Bang, bang."

Savik punched Zarbon in the abdomen, then followed up with another punch that slammed Zarbon into the ground.

"Boom!"

Zarbon flew back into the air to continue fighting Savik.

"Squelch!"

Savik gathered energy into his palm to form a ki blade and sliced Zarbon in two with a single strike.

"Our scouters have a monitoring function. Headquarters already knows the situation here, and King Frieza will never let you off."

Zarbon said.

After saying this, Zarbon went to report to King Yemma.

"I wanted to play with you a little longer, but it's a pity you're too weak."

Savik said, looking at the lifeless Zarbon.

"Strange, why did Geli and the others' combat power disappear? Could Geli have been killed by that Leige?"

Savik looked at the scouter, unable to detect Geli's combat power, and spoke.

After finishing his sentence, Savik led his men and flew in the direction of Leige, as indicated on the scouter.

It seems Zarbon is already dead.

Leige looked at the scouter, which showed Savik was fifty kilometers away, and thought to himself.

"Prince Leige, the King has ordered us to come and retrieve you immediately. Please hold on; we will arrive at Ice Flame Planet in three days."

Tagoma contacted Leige and said.

"Is Zarbon dead?"

Leige asked.

"Yes, we just received the news. Zarbon is dead. We are on our way to pick you up now, so you must hold out until we arrive."

Tagoma said.

"Don't blame me for not saving you, Zarbon. It wouldn't have been easy to turn you against the King, and even if you had surrendered to me, I wouldn't have been able to trust you. Therefore, you had to die."

Leige said after turning off the scouter.
