When Harry left the Headmaster's Office, the morning sun had long since slanted through the broad windows into Hogwarts Castle. Harry looked back at the office, thinking of the astonishment on Dumbledore's face just now and the hurried way he had rushed off to the Order of the Phoenix. He could not help shaking his head—whether or not he was the only one who could defeat Voldemort, as Dumbledore claimed, it was simply wonderful that Allen was still alive.
When Harry entered the Great Hall, all the teachers and students had already gathered there. They had all received a special notice today—there would be no classes; instead, they would watch the latest news from the Television Station in the Great Hall.
Although the arranged Great Hall was still steeped in the aroma of food, the wizards' eyes were fixed on the enormous television screen suspended in the middle of the hall.
