That weekend, fierce winds rose outside Hogwarts castle, driving goose-feather snow against the windows.

Despite the awful weather, this was the first weekend of the term on which students were allowed to go to Hogsmeade, so the young witches and wizards of Hogwarts had risen early to prepare for the trip.

At the Ravenclaw table, Allen set down his cutlery and wiped the corner of his mouth with a napkin. "Luna, aren't you going to have a look around Hogsmeade?"

"No. It's too cold outside. Besides, Helena and I joined the choir, and there's an activity today~" Luna's pale silver eyes turned toward the Gryffindor table not far behind Allen. She suddenly stood up, skipped over to Neville and Flag, who were just getting up to leave, patted Neville on the shoulder, and said, "Neville, lend me your toad for the day."

"For some reason, she often acts just like a child." Hermione also put down the fork in her hand and looked at the three people and one ghost who were about to return to Gryffindor Common Room to fetch Neville's pet.

"Maybe because she is a child right now." Allen shrugged. "According to Muggle research, you know human behavior is affected by endocrine secretions..."

Hermione still found Luna's thinking hard to understand. "I still can't believe someone like her would really want to join some choir... and even bring Helena along."

"Among the young witches and wizards in the choir, Ravenclaws are the most numerous of the four houses. That's Ravenclaw for you..." Allen leaned back in his chair. "Besides, this time it was probably Helena who brought Luna along. When she was practicing her terrifying Banshee shrieks over the summer, she awakened a craving for singing. Soprano suits her very well."
