Obito reacted quickly, too. The moment he saw that he didn't recognize the other man, he assumed he was an enemy. Then, noticing Fei Shi's playful smile, he began using his Mangekyo's ocular technique—Kamui.
Fei Shi's plan fell through. His pressure had accomplished nothing.
Fei Shi felt a little annoyed. He hadn't expected Obito Uchiha to react so quickly. Wait... react? Heh heh heh.
