Just then, Bardock and Paragus arrived, having heard that Lin Chen had come.
Paragus said gravely, "Your Majesty, please don't grieve too much. This is only the Galactic Patrol's guess. They haven't confirmed the details yet. Their communicator may have malfunctioned..."
Lin Chen's brows twitched, but he wasn't feeling very optimistic.
After all, Hanasia's battle power was only a little over ten million, nowhere near Frieza's, as far as he knew.
In the Dragon Ball world Lin Chen knew, Frieza had never mentioned his battle power in his final form. However, the general consensus was that when Frieza unleashed one hundred percent of his power in that form, his battle power was around 120 million.
If Frieza in this world was just as strong, then Hanasia naturally couldn't be his match.

But Bardock didn't back down. Even King Vegeta urged him, "Your Majesty, the situation is still unclear. You should wait until the Galactic Patrol has finished investigating before making a decision."
Lin Chen glanced at him and said, "King Vegeta, don't forget that besides Frieza, our Saiyans have another, even more powerful enemy! If we're going to cower even from Frieza, how will we ever stand against that one? Send me the coordinates!"
King Vegeta was taken aback. Of course, he knew Lin Chen meant their great enemy, the God of Destruction Beerus.
Indeed, compared to Beerus, what did Frieza amount to?
At that thought, King Vegeta finally lowered his head and said, "I understand, Your Majesty."
Soon, King Vegeta sent over the coordinates of the planet Hanasia and the others had visited.
The mission Hanasia and the others had undertaken was to travel to a planet called Tiwei Planet.
The civilization on this planet was even more primitive and backward than Earth's, but it produced a special metal that was exceptionally well suited for making spaceships.
According to intelligence the Galactic Patrol had received beforehand, a group of space pirates had set their sights on this metal. They planned to destroy the planet's civilization and claim its metal resources for themselves.
Because these pirates were members of powerful warrior races and the Galactic Patrol couldn't handle them, they had called on the Saiyans for support.
Not long afterward, however, the Galactic Patrol received a tip that there was another plot behind the attack. The space pirates were merely bait. Not far from Tiwei Planet, the Frieza Force was already lying in wait.
After getting Tiwei Planet's coordinates, Lin Chen sensed its location and instantly teleported there.
At that moment, Tiwei Planet...
Or rather, the star system where Tiwei Planet should have been.
The planet called Tiwei Planet had vanished. All that remained was a vast field of rocky fragments, like an asteroid belt, drifting aimlessly through the empty darkness.
Before those fragments, a huge, ugly figure was laughing loudly.

Half his body was flesh and blood, and the other half mechanical. Frieza was still in his third form—the one that looked like an alien from a horror movie—and he laughed wildly, a look of savagery flashing across his face.
The battle had left him in a sorry state, and the wounds on his body still ached faintly. But in the end, he had still been the one left standing!
Even the mighty Super Saiyan had ultimately proved no match for him!
"Now you wild monkeys should understand! I, Frieza, am the strongest being in the universe! Ha ha ha!"
Some distance away from Frieza, a disk-shaped Frieza Force mothership floated in space.
The aliens aboard the ship all wore expressions of relief at having survived.
Not one of them had expected that what was supposed to be a carefully planned ambush would nearly end in disaster for the Frieza Force.
Fortunately, their leader Frieza had ultimately proved one step ahead.
"I can't believe there was a Legendary Super Saiyan among those Saiyans!"
"Yeah. No wonder King Frieza was nearly beaten to death by the Saiyans back then. They really are terrifying."
"Good thing Saiyans can't survive in space. That female Super Saiyan was too careless. Otherwise, Lord Frieza might have died again this time!"
"It's just a shame the fighters on the planet all perished alongside those Saiyans."

"Silence!"
A purple-skinned alien with two black horns growing from his forehead shouted from aboard the ship.
His voice immediately silenced the others.
This alien was none other than the strongest fighter in the Frieza Force besides Lord Frieza himself: Captain Ginyu of the Ginyu Force!
Captain Ginyu stared coldly at the others, his expression grim. "Don't you know what Lord Frieza is like? If he heard what you just said, we'd all die here! I barely managed to survive. If anyone tries to drag me to hell with them, I'll kill him first!"
Captain Ginyu gritted his teeth and clenched his fists.
Everyone had thought this ambush against the Saiyans would be foolproof.
After being resurrected through advanced technology, King Frieza had retained his memories of the past. He remembered clearly that the Saiyans had defeated him back then by ambushing him after transforming into Great Apes.
That was why Frieza had been so confident in his revenge plan this time.
They simply hadn't expected that the Saiyans—whom the Frieza Force hadn't encountered for several years—would have changed so much, becoming far stronger than before!
