Invitation

Inside the palace on Planet Dor, the elderly man sitting on the throne—the King of this planet—sat in silence, quietly watching the footage displayed on the large screen before him.

The screen showed the scene where the Ginyu Force had been wiped out by Kast.

"What are your thoughts on this!?" Finally, after a period of silence, the old man, the current King, quietly turned off the monitor and looked down at the officials seated around him, pressing for their opinions.

"Your Majesty!"

Soon, following the King's inquiry, a young man sitting on the left stood up.

"I believe we should attempt to make contact with this youth. We must remember that the Frieza Army are notorious villains and bandits in this universe. Since this youth is at odds with them, there is a high probability that he is not a bad person. Furthermore..."

However, before the man could finish his sentence, an angry roar cut him off.

"Nonsense! Utter rubbish!"

A white-haired, bearded old man sitting to the right of the King suddenly stood up.

"What are you babbling about! What do you mean he isn't a bad person just because he has a conflict with the Frieza Army! Aite! Is your thinking really this naive? If you are this naive, I shall have to reconsider whether you are fit to sit in that seat!"

Although interrupted and questioned, Aite did not get angry. Instead, he looked calmly at the furious old man and explained.

"No, Lord Butshi, that is not the only reason; it is merely one point. There is a more important reason. Please allow me to finish what I have to say, and then you will understand my meaning."

"You!"

Before Butshi could speak again, the King on the throne intervened.

"Enough! Sit down, Butshi. Let Aite finish."

With that, the King turned his head toward Aite and said with authority, "Continue. State your thoughts!"

Hearing this, Aite bowed slightly, placed a hand over his chest, and offered a respectful salute.

"Thank you for your understanding, Your Majesty."

Straightening up, Aite continued, "As I said, the Frieza Army are notorious villains and bandits in the universe. Since this youth is at odds with them, it is highly likely he is not a bad person. That is one point. Another point is that, faced with the Frieza Army's threat to destroy our planet, this youth could have simply ignored it. Yet, he chose to reveal himself, which shows he is a person of compassion..."

Interrupting Aite's explanation, Butshi retorted, "How can you be certain it was out of compassion? Perhaps it was because he cannot survive in space? If the planet were destroyed, he would have no way to live, so he was forced to reveal himself?"

Hearing Butshi's words, the old King nodded in agreement. "Yes, Aite, how can you be sure it was out of compassion rather than for his own survival?"

"Heh..."

Aite chuckled softly. Instead of explaining, he asked in return, "Your Majesty, Lord Butshi, what do you think of this youth's strength?"

"Very strong!"

"Indeed."

Butshi answered without a moment's hesitation, and the old King nodded in agreement.

"Exactly!"

Listening to their replies, Aite nodded and continued, "This youth is strong—no, he is incredibly strong. While I do not know exactly how powerful the Frieza Army is, based on the aura and pressure they exuded, as well as the equipment they carried, I can deduce that they are completely beyond our ability to handle."

At this point, Aite paused slightly, looked around at the people listening to him, and his tone grew heavier.

"To put it bluntly, even if everyone on this planet were to attack them at once, we would likely have no chance of victory!"

Speaking to this point, Aite added nervously, "Furthermore, this youth defeated those Frieza Army soldiers, but there is no guarantee they didn't send a long-range transmission to inform their distant comrades. If they did communicate, and this youth leaves, our planet might become the target of their wrath.
