The Third Wish Appears

On this lush, green planet, the landscape had been ravaged beyond recognition by the relentless succession of battles between Frieza, Vegeta, and the others. Seawater flooded the land, mountains and lakes were drastically altered, and volcanoes erupted in every direction.

Vegeta and Frieza both flared their energy. Frieza's newly restored stamina, combined with his increased combat power, exerted staggering pressure on Vegeta. In terms of sheer presence, Vegeta was losing.

Vegeta let out a low, guttural shout: "Killing Intent Fist!"

Instantly, a terrifying wave of killing intent erupted from Vegeta's body. Even the onlookers watching from afar trembled, despite the fact that this malice was not directed at them.

Vegeta felt his entire body's power elevated by several tiers through the killing intent he had unleashed. So, this was the secret of the Killing Intent Fist: a technique that fused one's willpower with physical strength.

As the killing intent permeated his entire being, every shred of his will became tightly bound to his power, reaching a state where they were indistinguishable from one another, erupting with formidable combat strength.

By unleashing this skill he had never used before, his combat power of 20 million points surged rapidly to 100 million. Furthermore, Vegeta showed no signs of strain.

It was truly far superior to the Kaio-ken! There were no side effects whatsoever!

Though the system didn't appear very often, every time it did, it provided something exceptional!

King Kai's Planet.

King Kai was filled with wonder. He had never realized such a terrifying technique existed in the universe!

Goku, Piccolo, and the others were shocked to sense the extent of Vegeta's power. They had assumed they were closing the gap, but they never expected a single move to unleash strength that far surpassed their own.

"Oh my, Vegeta-san, not bad at all!" Frieza sneered.

With his combat power raised to 1 billion, he had returned to his arrogant, prideful self. He had no idea if his jaw would hit the floor when he saw Vegeta transform into a Super Saiyan later!

"Frieza, let's begin," Vegeta said.

He held one hand before his eyes, crouched slightly, and took a combat stance with one foot forward and one back.

Seeing this, Frieza fired a Death Beam directly at Vegeta's body.

Vegeta watched with cold eyes.

The beam was about to pierce him, yet he made no move to dodge!

Suddenly, he dropped his stance, spread his arms, and abandoned all defense, taking the attack head-on.

Swish... Splat...

Blood immediately gushed from Vegeta's chest! Goku, the others, and even Frieza were filled with shock and confusion.

"Hey, Vegeta... why didn't you dodge? With your strength, you shouldn't have been hurt by an attack like that even if you took it!" Frieza asked, bewildered.

Vegeta did not answer.

"Hahaha... Hahaha..."

Vegeta, who had been expressionless, burst into wild laughter! The blood flowing from his body stopped. Through the hole in his chest, one could see his back, but new nerves and granulation tissue were already sprouting. In the blink of an eye, he was fully healed!

"Whoa... do Saiyans have self-healing abilities? How come I don't have that!" Goku exclaimed in shock.

Only Piccolo's confused expression slowly cleared.

"So that's it... Hmph, Vegeta, you truly are something."

Piccolo turned to explain to Goku, "This was the third wish he had me make."

It turned out that the third wish they had asked Porunga to grant was to possess the self-healing ability of Majin Buu.

Though Piccolo still had no idea who Majin Buu was.

Because the others couldn't understand the Namekian language, the Eternal Dragon had departed in a hurry after granting their final wish, without revealing what the third wish actually was.

Vegeta was filled with excitement and thrill. It's just as I thought, he mused. Majin Buu's self-healing ability is the perfect match for the Saiyan bloodline!

Saiyans grow stronger as their potential erupts when they are revived from the brink of death, while Majin Buu's ability allows for recovery from being blown to pieces as long as his energy remains!

At this rate, wouldn't he just keep getting stronger with every battle, without the fear of death?

Of course, Vegeta understood that this "bug" couldn't be exploited indefinitely. After all, human potential had its limits! Once his current potential was fully tapped, dying and reviving again wouldn't yield any further gains.

Unless he continued to build his foundation and then developed his potential, increasing his combat power was the real priority.

Otherwise, if he could just keep committing suicide and eating Senzu Beans to exploit the system, he would have surpassed even the Omni-King!

In the original story, all that talk about Saiyans having "infinite potential" was nonsense! Potential requires slow training to accumulate, followed by development through battle or extraordinary abilities.

The Saiyan bloodline simply possesses more potential than the average person, along with a powerful physique and the ability to trigger latent power after recovering from near-death injuries.

Even so, this ability alone was enough to define them as a warrior race—growing braver and stronger with every fight!

Back to the matter at hand.

Frieza couldn't help but ask, "Vegeta, as far as I know, Saiyans don't have this ability. How do you?"

"Surprised, Frieza? Did you forget about the dragon from earlier? This was my third wish: to possess the self-healing ability of Majin Buu!" Vegeta declared arrogantly.

"What?! Majin Buu... how do you know that name? How do you know he has such an ability?!" Frieza was stunned.

His father, King Cold, had once told him that in this universe, aside from the God of Destruction Beerus and Majin Buu, who were to be avoided at all costs, everyone else was merely an ant!

He had only heard the name; he didn't know Majin Buu, nor was he aware of his abilities. He had seen ordinary healing before, but this was the first time he had witnessed someone recover from a fatal wound to the heart!

While their race possessed great vitality, they lacked the ability to self-heal.

Then, he flew into a towering rage! The thought that his wish for immortality had been shattered caused the fires of fury to burn fiercely in his heart!

"Ha! Frieza, there is so much you don't know! Do you really think I'm unaware of who ordered you to destroy Planet Vegeta?" Vegeta said.

"What?!..." Frieza was struck with terror.

When Beerus had given him the order, there had been no one else present besides Whis!

"Hmph, one day, I will defeat him with my own hands to avenge my people. But you—you will die before him! After all, it was you who pulled the trigger," Vegeta said coldly.

Once both sides had made their positions clear, a great battle erupted, blow for blow! Thunder roared across the sky, and the planet trembled! Lightning connected with the ground, both suffering and wailing under the terror of their combined power.

Vegeta held his own, fighting in his base form!

One moment his arm was destroyed by Frieza, the next his entire body was blown to pieces, yet in an instant, he recovered as if nothing had happened!

If it were Majin Buu, such regeneration would consume a massive amount of stamina, but for a Saiyan, recovering from the brink of death only served to drastically increase their combat power! It was nothing short of a cheat code!

His combat power climbed incessantly, fueled by his Saiyan blood! 30 million!... 45 million points...

Finally, when it climbed to 60 million points, it ceased to rise any further!

Under the amplification of the Killing Intent Fist, Vegeta's combat power reached 300 million points!...
