Right after that, Ziye followed Fortuneteller Baba to a gloomy place. Two stone demon statues stood facing each other, and their stone tongues slowly extended from their mouths until they met, forming a stone path.

Ziye furrowed his brow and walked to the center of the path. Below it lay a murky green lake, and a foul stench wafted up from beneath.

"Is this the so-called Devil's Toilet? It stinks! Ziye, you're not going to fight here, are you?" Bulma covered her delicate nose, her face twisting in disgust as she looked at Ziye with concern.

"These are the demons' tongues, and below us is a poisonous swamp. Anyone who falls in will probably be reduced to bones!" Master Roshi said gravely.

"Is he?" Goku asked, puzzled.

"Ziye's amazing! He dodged all the Mummy's attacks?" Krillin said in disbelief, his lips parted.

"He didn't dodge them! The Mummy can't keep up with his speed!" Goku said calmly, turning his face with an innocent look.

Thud!

Ziye stood with his back to the Mummy, looking utterly calm. He casually reached out and caught the Mummy's lightning-fast punch.

"Is that all you've got?"

Ziye scoffed, then raised his leg slightly and kicked the Mummy in the stomach. The Mummy cried out in pain, staggered back several steps, and dropped to one knee.

"Y-you brat! Take a look at my special move!"

The Mummy's face twisted with rage. The bandages wrapped around him suddenly sprang to life, and in the next instant they attacked Ziye from every direction, binding him tightly from head to toe!

"Can't move, can you? I suggest you surrender now, or I'll crush your bones!"

The Mummy sneered.

"You think I'm worried about a few scraps of cloth?"

Ziye's dismissive words sent the Mummy into a rage. The Mummy gave a slight tug with both hands, and the bandages around Ziye instantly tightened, as if they were about to crush him into a meat patty.

"Kid, you'd better surrender, or you really will die!" Fortuneteller Baba said with a cold laugh.

"I've heard that mummy bandages are made to last a thousand years without rotting, and they're harder than steel. Ziye probably won't be able to break free!" Master Roshi said gravely.

"What? Then why aren't you thinking of something? This is all your fault—they only took on this ridiculous challenge because of you!" Bulma scolded Master Roshi angrily, hands on her hips.

"Don't worry. Ziye's completely fine! Those bandages are nothing!"

At Goku's words, everyone was startled, and all their eyes turned to Ziye.

"Give up, kid! Otherwise, I'll squeeze your bones into powder!" the Mummy laughed, looking pleased with himself.

"It is a little tight! But... heh!"

Ziye sneered, then his expression hardened. The power within him burst forth in an instant, and the bandages wrapped around him shattered into pieces. They fell into the poisonous swamp below and dissolved into wisps of white smoke!

"Great, he broke free!"

"Go, Ziye!"

"Come on! Beat that guy!"

Bulma and the others jumped up excitedly and cheered him on.

"H-he's incredible!"

"Just how strong have these two kids become?"

Master Roshi furrowed his brow and muttered in amazement.

"Now it's my turn!"

Ziye loosened up his arms and legs. With a slight movement, he turned into a blur and appeared in front of the Mummy!

"H-he's so fast! Even I can barely follow him!" Master Roshi said in disbelief, his face pale with shock.

Thud!

Ziye clenched his fist and lightly struck the Mummy in the stomach. The Mummy's pupils rolled back, and he fainted on the spot!

"H-he knocked out the immortal Mummy with one punch! No wonder he could wipe out the Red Ribbon Army. This child has grown at an astonishing rate!" Master Roshi said gravely.

"Hey, Ziye, you've already fought three matches. If you keep going, I won't get a chance to fight! Let me take the next one!" Goku suddenly shouted to Ziye from the stone path.

"If you want to take part, this kid has to forfeit," Fortuneteller Baba suggested.

"Ziye, please!" Goku said anxiously.

"All right! I forfeit!" Ziye agreed with a nod.

Then Ziye leaped off the stone path, and Goku jumped down in his place. He began doing warm-up exercises before the fight.

Next, a humanoid monster that looked furious emerged. A pair of strange wings sprouted from his back. He folded his arms and said coldly to Goku, "Why'd they switch you out for a brat? Are you scared of me?"

"All right, the match begins!" Fortuneteller Baba announced.

The humanoid monster leaped into the air, using his wings to hover above the ground.

He hovered overhead, looking down at Goku. With a sneer, he asked:

"Kid, would you like to visit my hometown?"

"Where's your hometown?"

Ziye's battle power: 204
