Mummy

Following this, Ziye and the others were led by Fortuneteller Baba to a gloomy, eerie place. Before them stood two stone demon statues facing each other; the stone tongues in the demons' mouths slowly extended and touched, forming a stone path.

Ziye frowned slightly as he reached the center of the path. Below the stone path lay a dark, murky green lake, with a foul stench rising from the depths.

"Is this the so-called Devil's Toilet? What a disgusting smell! Ziye, you aren't actually going to fight here, are you?" Bulma covered her delicate nose, a look of revulsion crossing her face as she turned to Ziye with concern.

"This is the Devil's Tongue. Below is a highly toxic swamp; if you fall in, I'm afraid there won't even be bones left," Master Roshi said with a grave expression.

"What!"

Hearing this, everyone's expression changed. Bulma, in particular, grew anxious and shouted at Master Roshi, "There's ten million on the line, so why are you making them risk their lives for this challenge?"

"This is a great training opportunity for them," Master Roshi said in a deep voice.

As Master Roshi's voice faded, the stone demons suddenly exhaled a powerful gust of wind, followed by white mist drifting out. The next second, a stone coffin appeared before them.

"Creak!"

The lid of the stone coffin slowly slid open, and a corpse wrapped entirely in white bandages suddenly rose up.

"Is this a Mummy?"

Ziye rubbed his chin, pondering.

"Haha, it's been a long time since I've met an opponent. I'll be sure to teach you a lesson!"

The Mummy let out a loud laugh, a look of disdain appearing on his face.

"This guy doesn't look that strong," Krillin said casually, his eyes fixed on the Mummy.

"He is different from the enemies you've fought before! Many challengers in the past have defeated the Vampire and the Invisible Man, but they all ended up losing to him," Master Roshi explained with a solemn face.

Whoosh!

In the next second, the Mummy moved like the wind, his fists a blur as he launched a fierce assault on Ziye!

"Nani?"

"Such... such incredible speed!"

Krillin rubbed his eyes, looking astonished, and even Master Roshi's expression turned grim.

"Is it?"

Goku asked, looking puzzled.

"Ziye is amazing! He actually dodged all of the Mummy's attacks?" Krillin said, his mouth slightly agape in disbelief.

"He didn't dodge them. The Mummy just can't keep up with his speed," Goku said, tilting his head with an innocent expression.

Bang!

Ziye stood with his hands behind his back, looking calm and collected, then effortlessly raised a palm to catch the Mummy's rapid-fire punch.

"Is that all you've got?"

Ziye said dismissively, then lifted his leg slightly and kicked the Mummy hard in the stomach. The Mummy let out a cry of pain, stumbled back several steps, and fell to one knee!

"You... you damn brat! Let me show you my ultimate technique!"

The Mummy's face twisted in a snarl, and the bandages wrapped around his body began to writhe. In the next second, they lashed out from all directions, binding Ziye tightly.

"Can't move now, can you? I advise you to surrender immediately, or I'll crush your bones to dust!"

The Mummy sneered.

"Just with these rags?"

Hearing Ziye's disdainful remark, the Mummy flew into a rage. He tightened his grip, and the bandages around Ziye constricted instantly, as if trying to crush him into a meat patty.

"Brat, you'd better surrender now, or you'll really die!" Fortuneteller Baba sneered.

"I've heard that to keep them from rotting for a thousand years, the Mummy's bandages are made to be harder than steel. I'm afraid Ziye will have a hard time breaking free," Master Roshi said with a heavy expression.

"What? Then why aren't you doing something? It's all your fault they accepted this stupid challenge!" Bulma put her hands on her hips and scolded Master Roshi angrily.

"Don't worry, Ziye is perfectly fine! These bandages are nothing but weak."

Hearing Goku's words, everyone was startled, their gazes shifting back to Ziye.

"Kid, surrender now! Otherwise, I'll squeeze your bones into powder!" The Mummy laughed, looking triumphant.

"It is a bit tight, but... heh!"

Bang!

Ziye sneered, his expression hardening. He unleashed the power within him, and in an instant, the bandages on his body shattered into fragments, scattering into the toxic swamp below and dissolving into wisps of white smoke!

"Great, he broke free!"

"Go, Ziye!"

"Go! Beat this guy!"

Seeing this, Bulma and the others jumped up in excitement, cheering him on.

"So... so powerful!"

"Just how far have these two little guys grown by now?"

Master Roshi furrowed his brows, unable to hide his surprise as he muttered to himself.

"Now it's my turn!"

Ziye stretched his limbs, and with a slight movement, he transformed into a gust of wind, appearing directly before Mummy!

"So... so fast! Even I could barely track his movements!" Master Roshi exclaimed, his face etched with disbelief.

Bang!

Immediately after, Ziye clenched his fist and delivered a light strike to Mummy's abdomen; Mummy's pupils dilated, and he collapsed, knocked out cold!

"He... he actually knocked out the immortal Mummy with a single punch. No wonder he could wipe out the Red Ribbon Army; this child's growth is truly astonishing!" Master Roshi said, his expression grave.

"Hey, Ziye! You've already fought three matches. If you keep going, I won't get a chance to step out! Leave the next fight to me!" Goku suddenly shouted toward Ziye on the stone path.

"If you want to enter the ring, this boy must forfeit," Fortuneteller Baba suddenly proposed.

"Ziye, please!"

Goku said, his face full of urgency.

"Fine! I forfeit."

Hearing this, Ziye nodded and agreed.

Ziye then leaped off the stone path, while Goku jumped down, immediately beginning his pre-fight warm-up exercises.

Soon after, a creature resembling an angry humanoid monster emerged, sporting a pair of strange wings on its back. With arms crossed over its chest, it looked coldly at Goku and said, "Why the change to a little brat? Are you afraid of me?"

"Alright, the match begins!"

As Fortuneteller Baba's voice faded, the humanoid monster leaped into the air, using the lift from its wings to hover.

Suspended in mid-air, the humanoid monster looked down at Goku and asked with a sneer:

"Little brat, have any interest in visiting my homeland?"

"Where is your homeland?"
