At first glance, everyone would think a Saibaman was just cannon fodder. It stood less than 1.4 meters tall and was unbelievably scrawny.
With its huge green head and tiny limbs, it didn't look powerful at all. If an ordinary Space Marine ran into one of these things, his first instinct would probably be to fire a Bolter at it and then not give it another look.
"With a power level of 1,300, plus the boost from its ki, it could even put up a fight against you," Axis said.
With ki, it could fly and move at incredible speeds. With a power level of 1,300, it could move so fast that it was nearly invisible to the naked eye.
It could fire ki blasts, even destroy a satellite with a single strike—those were all standard tricks. Saibamen also had another move: spraying highly corrosive acid from their heads.
Their most devastating attack was self-destruction. By Axis's estimate, if one with a power level of 1,300 blew itself up, even a Primarch would be badly wounded if he survived the blast at all!
"Dad! You can have this little guy!" Axis said.
With Russ's current power, the Saibaman wouldn't dare resist. Russ might not have ki, but with a Primarch's strength and the power armor, subduing one would be a breeze.
Besides, Axis would find time to use his own ki to strengthen Russ again, taking his power to a whole new level.
"What do I want this little monster for? I can't take it into battle, can I?" Leman Russ said.
