"That was only a tenth of my strength, but I'm pretty surprised you didn't go down," Axis said, crossing his arms instead of attacking again.

There was a thud! Axis was completely unharmed, while the Second Primarch clutched his fist and staggered back several steps.

"Heh! Hey, hey! Are you tickling me? Hit me harder."

The Second Primarch had completely lost his reason. His eyes were bloodshot as he wildly swung his fists at Axis.

His speed was astonishing, and his strength terrifying, but against Axis's ki sense, it was nothing.

Axis swayed easily from side to side, dodging attacks that seemed absurdly slow to him. In the Dragon Ball Universe, there was a basic rule.

If your power level was far higher than your opponent's, then, well, they wouldn't even be able to touch you.

Axis hovered in midair, and could easily block every one of the Second Primarch's attacks with just his feet.

Every so often, he even gave the big guy a couple of knocks on the head. You had to hand it to the Primarchs—they were tough, and could take a beating!
