Aoki Tsuna’s plan shattered the Yuguang Family’s River God Protection and let a combined human and monster force invade the estate. As the defenders fought back, Yuguang Qingxue tried to protect Ugou Mirai and organize a defense, then faced Otu’s taunting gaze from the battlefield.

• Aoki Tsuna used a direct descendant of the thousand-year-old tortoise to destroy River God Protection, and Blood Wolves killed the guard at the gate.
• Hiya Kyohei led armed personnel into the Yuguang Family estate while Otu’s monsters climbed over the walls, and Aoki Tsuna drove away as fighting began.
• Ugou Mirai woke to gunfire and found Yuguang Qingxue confronting the steward who had accepted Aoki Tsuna’s bribes and let him enter.

Fang Cheng, Kanzaki Rin, and Takeda Masumi waited for the battle at the Yuguang Family's residence to weaken both sides before intervening, but Fang Cheng moved when he learned Ugou Mirai was close to being captured. They arrived amid the occupied residence, where Fang Cheng formed two Vulcan Gatlings from Steel Blood and prepared to fight.

• Kanzaki Rin piloted a drone over the Yuguang Family's residence while she, Fang Cheng, and Takeda Masumi waited for Aoki Tsuna's forces and the defenders to wear each other down.
• Hiya Kyohei called Fang Cheng and threatened Ugou Mirai, prompting Fang Cheng to end the call and decide they had to move immediately.
• Kanzaki Rin reported the attack to Arai Yamataka, who ordered her to stay put while he sent reinforcements.

• Fang Cheng used steel-needle fire from his Gatlings and the support of the Monkey-Version Iron Men and drones to overwhelm enemies and enter the building.
• Fang Cheng found Yuguang Qingxue gravely wounded in the frozen circular hall, and she urged him to save Ugou Mirai and offered to help him enter Iron-Cast Palace.
• Hiya Kyohei and Otu failed to break through the study door while Aoki Tsuna warned Hiya that the peace talks were nearly over and ordered him to capture Ugou Mirai.

After rescuing Mirai, Fang Cheng faced Hiya Kyohei, whose mind was being consumed by Aoki Yusuke’s resentment, and Hiya began questioning whether Fang Cheng was a Vampire.

• Otu charged at the study door, but Fang Cheng burst through the ceiling and stopped him with a spring-loaded shield.

• Hiya Kyohei charged Fang Cheng in the Blood of Madness state, but arriving bullets destroyed his head and tore apart his body.
• Kanzaki Rin and Takeda Masumi arrived, with Takeda driving Otu back while Kanzaki checked on Fang Cheng, who was naked after reviving.
• Hiya Kyohei revived and reacted to Kanzaki Rin and Fang Cheng together, so Fang Cheng hugged her to provoke him, then Kanzaki and Takeda flew off to fight the vampire.
