"Agent Lister?" Pepper recognized William's voice. Although they hadn't met many times, William had saved her life, so she remembered him clearly.
"Oh, Ms. Potts, I'm a consultant, not an agent," William said with a smile. "Mr. Stark, did you like the health drink I recommended?"
At first, Tony didn't remember who William was. But when he heard the words "health drink," his expression changed at once. "It was you? What are you doing here? There's something I need to ask you!"
Pepper didn't know why Tony had suddenly gotten so worked up, like a cat with its fur standing on end. Tony pressed on. "Who are you, really? How do you know about this? Have you been watching me all along?"
"Calm down, Mr. Stark." William kept smiling. "Don't get worked up. If you have questions, let's set up a time to talk. Whenever you're free, we can meet at Stark Industries."
"No. You're going to explain yourself right now." Tony rejected William's suggestion, but William ignored him and turned to leave. Tony was just about to get out of the car and chase after him when a crowd of reporters swarmed around him.
"Move!" Tony said anxiously. The eager reporters blocked his way, and all he could do was watch William walk farther and farther away.

"Done. You owe me one." William sat in Coulson's Laura and rubbed his face, which had nearly cramped from smiling. "I just messed with Stark. I bet that guy won't sleep a wink tonight."
Coulson was chewing on a hamburger. Hearing William say that, he asked curiously, "What did you do?"
