Overwatch World, Gibraltar

Gibraltar was a city and port located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula in Europe. It was a British overseas territory, and Spain and the United Kingdom had long disputed its sovereignty. It was also home to the famous Strait of Gibraltar.

Overwatch had more than a dozen watchpoints around the world, and Watchpoint: Gibraltar was one of them.

After Overwatch disbanded, Watchpoint: Gibraltar was abandoned as well. Of course, that was only on the surface. It was now the secret base of the reunited Overwatch.

"We'll be there soon." A spacecraft flew above Gibraltar, with Tracer at the controls.

William looked out the window and saw that the entire Gibraltar base appeared to have been reduced to ruins.

Yet as the spacecraft approached those ruins, the scene before them changed. It was a brand-new base. Though it looked much smaller than the former Watchpoint: Gibraltar, it was newly built, and many sections were still unfinished.

The spacecraft descended from the sky and landed on the secret base's platform. To their surprise, McCree and Echo were waiting outside to greet them.

"Long time no see, McCree, Echo," Ana said with a smile.

"You too, Ana," Echo said.

"I knew you wouldn't die," McCree said.

"Jack, did you bring it?" Morrison asked in a deep voice.

"I always take seriously anything Commander Morrison asks of me." McCree held a cigarette between his lips as he pulled out something resembling a USB drive.

William was surprised to discover that it was the very thing Sombra had given him at the bar on Route 66. So his deal with Sombra had actually been a mission assigned to him by Soldier: 76?

"Mei didn't come back?" Tracer asked.

"Mei only returned a few days ago. She took her equipment
