Bibi Dong’s Disciple
Hu Liena is initially Bibi Dong’s only direct disciple. Before Su Ming’s arrival, she alone among the Golden Generation possesses the privilege of visiting the Pope Palace at any time to seek Bibi Dong’s guidance 6.
Su Ming’s talent unsettles her: she recognizes that his potential exceeds her own and worries that he may threaten her position as Bibi Dong’s sole successor.
