Xu Tianyao awakened twin Sun and Moon Martial Souls, learned to cultivate them together under Kong Deming, and rose to prominence as Xu Tianran took the throne. While pursuing the Holy Spirit Cult’s God Sealing Platform in the Far North, Xu Tianyao and Kong Deming killed the cultists, but their victory released the weakened Snow Empress.

• Jing Hongchen oversaw Xu Tianyao’s awakening, where Xu Tianyao revealed twin Sun and Moon Martial Souls and Innate Soul Power at Level 15, and the emperor named him Prince Ming and arranged his marriage to Meng Hongchen.
• Kong Deming revealed that he was Xu Tianyao’s grandfather and used the Sun-Moon Dual Coexistence Device to help Xu Tianyao balance both Martial Souls and form a Sun-Moon Soul Core.
• Kong Deming took Xu Tianyao to the Southern Marsh Volcano Group, where Xu Tianyao killed a Red Sun Golden Crow, gained his first Soul Ring, and developed his Sunlight Martial Soul.
• While Xu Tianyao trained in secret, Xu Tianran defeated a palace coup, executed the rebels, and became emperor, while Xu Tianyao returned having formed his Soul Core and reached level 24.
• Xu Tianyao hosted foreign delegates, arranged expanded trade and a student exchange with Shrek Academy, and stood beside Xu Tianran at his enthronement before enrolling at the Sun Moon Imperial Soul Engineer Academy.
• Xu Tianyao studied Soul Tools under Xuan Ziwen and, suspecting the Holy Spirit Cult possessed the God Sealing Platform, joined Kong Deming on a journey to the Far North to find the Snow Empress.
• Two Holy Spirit Cult Soul Masters captured the Snow Empress during her human transformation with the God Sealing Platform, but Kong Deming attacked them and destroyed them with his Silver Moon Devouring Heaven.
• As the dying Soul Masters released the Snow Empress rather than surrender her to Kong Deming, she emerged from the storm weakened by her interrupted transformation.

Xu Tianyao brought Snow Empress into the Sun Moon Empire, then led an exchange delegation to Shrek Academy, where a Holy Spirit Cult ambush exposed Xu Tianran’s role in the danger surrounding him. At Shrek, Xu Tianyao revealed the cult’s alliance with Xu Tianran, gained Mu En’s help in cultivation, and reached the Soul Ancestor realm.

• Snow Empress agreed to accompany Xu Tianyao to the Sun Moon Empire, transformed into a human girl, and enrolled at the academy after the Cold Moon Snow Falcon sacrificed herself to Xu Tianyao.
• Kong Deming and Xu Tianyao rescued Zhang Lexuan from the Silver Moon Divine Wolf, and Mu En later compensated her with an eighty-thousand-year Soul Bone after the operation’s other students died.
• Xu Tianyao joined the exchange delegation bound for Shrek Academy, but Holy Spirit Cult attackers bombed their post station and fought him and the others.
• Xu Tianyao used his Bright Moon Storm Domain to trap the attackers, and afterward concluded that Xu Tianran had known of or approved the assassination attempt.
• At Shrek Academy, Xu Tianyao recognized He Caitou as Xu He and met Mu En, whom he challenged over Shrek’s leadership and treatment of students.
• Xu Tianyao told Mu En that the Holy Spirit Cult exceeded Shrek’s strength and had allied with Xu Tianran, prompting Mu En to anticipate war and begin training him.
• Kong Deming entered seclusion after warning Jing Hongchen that Xu Tianran had arranged the assassination attempt, and Jing Hongchen promised to protect Xu Tianyao and Meng Hongchen.
• Mu En helped Xu Tianyao cultivate beneath the Golden Ancient Tree, and Xu Tianyao reached level forty before asking Mu En to send the person involved in their agreement.

Xu Tianyao treated Ma Xiaotao, found Xiao Xiao and rescued her father, and prepared the Sun Moon exchange students for Shrek’s midterm assessment. Electrolux used the Gold of Life to awaken Xu Tianyao’s Eye of Life and heal Xiao Ding, while Xiao Xiao agreed to make her clan a vassal family of Prince Ming’s Estate.

• Xu Tianyao began treating Ma Xiaotao’s Evil Fire with his Sunlight Flame, easing her symptoms while telling Mu En that a complete cure would take time.
• Xu Tianyao and Thousand Machines Douluo traveled to Star Dou Forest, where Xu Tianyao proposed using unmanned steel aircraft and disposable detection Soul Tools for battlefield scouting and strikes.
• Xiao Ding and Xiao Xiao were attacked by two powerful soul beasts, and Xu Tianyao went after Xiao Xiao while Thousand Machines Douluo stayed to rescue her father.
• Xu Tianyao protected Xiao Xiao from the Three-Eyed Golden Lion and the Scarlet King, then Electrolux emerged from the Blue Ice Talisman and forced the Scarlet King to retreat.
• Xu Tianyao and Xiao Xiao survived, and he absorbed the Explosive Flame Titan’s soul ring while Xiao Xiao obtained a soul ring from an Earth-Splitting Shield Bull before they flew to Shrek City with the wounded Xiao Ding.

Xu Tianyao brought the Xiao Clan into the Sun Moon Empire’s service, then dominated Shrek Academy’s assessment and crippled Wang Yan. Shrek tried to contain the fallout as the Wang Family demanded public accountability and an explanation at Sea God Pavilion.

• Xiao Ding pledged the Xiao Clan to Xu Tianyao, who promised resources for the clan and training for Xiao Xiao, while Xiao Ding’s injuries ended his future.
• At Shrek Academy’s assessment, Xiao Hongchen used a turret created by his martial soul against Jiang Nannan, and Xu Tianyao argued that it was not a Soul Tool and had not broken the rules.
• Meng Hongchen defeated a series of Shrek challengers with her poison, then withdrew after earning six points.
• Xu Tianyao defeated Bei Bei and five more Shrek Soul Ancestors, then beat Wang Yan and crippled him after winning the assessment.
• Mu En awarded Xu Tianyao a Shrek Gold Card and a choice of Soul Bones, and Xu chose the Far North Snow Eagle leg bone for Meng Hongchen.
• Mu En ordered Shrek to protect the Sun Moon delegation and directed Yan Shaozhe to compensate the Wang Family and apologize, while Wang Qiangu forbade his relatives from attacking anyone.
• Wang Qiangu brought nine family members into Shrek City to demand accountability, and Yan Shaozhe invited them to discuss the matter.
