He returned to Ming Capital, gathered allies, and set his sights on recruiting Ice Empress and learning more about the nearly vanished Angel Martial Soul bearers.

• Wang Qiangu accepted Xu Tianyao’s offer after Electrolux healed Wang Yan, and the Wang Family left Shrek City as Xu Tianyao and Mu En finalized a secret intelligence pact.
• Xu Tianyao completed Ma Xiaotao’s treatment and departed Shrek with the exchange students, while Ma Xiaotao kept his Prince Ming Token.
• Xu Tianran canceled the Holy Spirit Cult’s plan to attack the returning delegation and considered how to secure his throne as Xu Tianyao’s support grew.
• Ju Zi advised Xu Tianran to use Xu Tianyao in a border crisis, while Xu Tianyao told Jing Hongchen he wanted to avoid a destructive succession struggle.

Xu Tianyao formed a Soul Spirit Contract with the Ice Empress, then uncovered divine secrets in Sunset Forest and gained the Water and Fire Dragon Kings as Soul Spirits. The group harvested the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and headed toward the eastern border with Kong Deming’s secret map.

• Xu Tianyao recruited Ye Guyi to lead a legion against Evil Soul Masters, then uncovered the Plain Alliance’s child trafficking and helped expose it, prompting Xu Tianran to order a purge of Ming Capital’s criminal organizations.
• Xu Tianyao earned his Level 4 Soul Engineer badge at Mingde Hall and traveled with Kong Deming and Snow Maiden to meet the Ice Empress, whom he persuaded to become a Soul Spirit.
• Electrolux guided the contract ritual, and the Ice Empress became Xu Tianyao’s Soul Spirit, granting him three orange-gold Soul Rings, a torso bone, and Soul Power at level fifty.
• Xu Tianyao followed an Ice Talisman to an ancient underwater palace in Sunset Forest, where touching a snowflake stone bound his blood to Douluo Planet and filled him with information.

Xu Tianyao took the Sun Moon Empire’s throne after Xu Tianran died, then used Civilization Punisher No. 1 to devastate Dou Ling City and strike Xingluo City. As Xu Jiawei called for a Decapitation Operation, Sun Moon forces crossed the border and breached the first line at the Mingdou Mountain Range.

• Xu Tianyao escaped Du Busi’s attack with Electrolux’s aid, then Kong Deming’s spatial Soul Tools helped him reach safety as the Sun Moon reinforcements drove back the Xingluo forces.
• Xu Tianran appointed Xu Tianyao regent, but Ju Zi killed Xu Tianran with a Soul Tool and escaped with Zhongli Wu, and Xu Tianyao returned to Ming Capital and took up the regency.
• Xu Tianyao ordered a purge of Evil Soul Masters and Holy Spirit Cult collaborators, then ascended the throne after three months of mourning and began the Soul Eradication Operation.
• Xu Tianyao sent Civilization Punisher No. 1 to Lingdou City, where it destroyed the imperial palace and city defenses before returning to Ming Capital.
• After the weapon struck Lingdou City again, Shrek Academy and the Three Great Empires raised their alert and planned a Decapitation Operation against Xu Tianyao, while Elder Song sought Long Xiaoyao’s help.
