History
Under Manabu, the council’s authority draws applicants seeking information and influence. Hachiman consults the council about a damaged camera, prompting the early publication of class evaluation scores. He later attends its hearing on Sudō’s fight 41 43 75.
The succession becomes contested when Sakayanagi seeks the presidency despite initially being refused membership. She negotiates support from Manabu and faces opposition from Nagumo. Before stepping down, Manabu dismisses Nagumo and Kiriyama from their vice-presidential posts; after Sakayanagi takes office, Hachiman becomes her vice president 79 107 427 429 430.
Sakayanagi favors a smaller, more delegated council than Manabu’s. She recruits Katsuragi to relieve Hachiman’s workload and later adds first-year members, including Yukino and Amasawa. The council continues to run ceremonies, publish results, handle disciplinary matters and process graduating students’ departure paperwork 436 443 495 727 981 1036.
