Yagami Shiraha advanced his warlock training while building a close bond with Kushina and using Konoha Hospital to pursue his goals. After Kushina became Kurama’s Jinchuriki, Shiraha learned the secret and urged her to seek her own answers about Uzushiogakure’s destruction.

• Yagami Shiraha awakened the Book of the Ancient Warlock, gained the Eye of Truth, and began cultivating alongside his medical studies at Konoha Hospital.
• Yagami Shiraha befriended Kushina Uzumaki, defended her from bullies, and gained her help in obtaining the resources he needed to unlock advanced meditation methods.
• Yagami Shiraha advanced to First-Class Apprentice, learned Sixth Sense, and defeated Minato Namikaze in a practical combat test while Sarutobi Hiruzen watched their development.
• Yagami Shiraha brewed Vitality Potions and later used blood from Tsunade to meet the requirements for Second-Class Apprentice, then advanced and began learning spells to make Nawaki a defensive item.
• After Uzumaki Mito’s death and the transfer of Kurama, Yagami Shiraha realized Kushina had become a Jinchuriki and continued training with her as she concealed the truth from him.
• Yagami Shiraha told Kushina that he knew she was a Jinchuriki and comforted her when she revealed Kurama was disrupting her training and Mito had warned her about the Third Hokage.
• Yagami Shiraha suggested Konoha might have sent help to Uzushiogakure too late, then urged Kushina to seek answers for herself before they resumed training together.

Yagami Shiraha developed Healing Jutsu Scrolls and joined Team 12 on a dangerous border mission, where Hatake Sakumo’s group fought off Sunagakure attackers. The mission cost Konoha several ninja, but its victory strengthened Konoha’s position and brought Shiraha access to the Book of Seals.

• Shiraha entered Kushina’s Sealing Space, spoke with Kurama, and persuaded him to stop interfering with her Chakra refinement, while Nawaki later lost both lower legs to an Exploding Tag trap.
• After Orochimaru invited Shiraha to join his research after the war, Shiraha was assigned to Team 12 and found a Sage Technique scroll among Kushina’s Uzumaki scrolls.
• Shiraha demonstrated his Healing Jutsu Scroll to Konoha’s leaders, and the village classified the production method as an S-Rank secret while crediting Tsunade for the medical advances.
• Team 12 joined Hatake Sakumo’s group on border patrol, where Hyuga Hideto spotted an approaching Iwagakure force and Sakumo led the withdrawal while confronting the attackers.
• Shiraha and Uchiha Chiho fought pursuing Iwa Chunin, then turned back toward the outpost after Shiraha sensed danger and reunited with Sakumo’s group.

Shiraha advanced his experiments and secured a Ryūchi Cave summoning contract as Kushina began relying on Kurama and vowed to rebuild the Land of Whirlpools. After reuniting surviving Uzumaki Clan members and bringing them to the Land of Rice Fields, Shiraha’s group faced Kakuzu and two additional enemies.

• Shiraha helped Kushina regain control after Kurama stirred her anger, and Mito loosened the seal only slightly so Kushina could adapt to Kurama’s Chakra.
• Shiraha left for the western front with Uchiha Chiho and Hyuga Hideto, discovered Yakushi Nonō among their Root escorts, and joined Orochimaru’s forces.
• After Dan Katō and other Konoha shinobi died in attacks on peace missions, Shiraha returned to Konoha and resolved to pursue eternity.
• Shiraha advanced to Third-Class Apprentice, discovered a possible Super Radiation Creature bloodline, and obtained a Ryūchi Cave contract through Orochimaru.
• Kumogakure ninjas kidnapped Kushina, but she escaped with Kurama’s help and returned to Konoha with Minato Namikaze and two captives.
• Kushina told Shiraha she wanted to rebuild the Land of Whirlpools, and he promised to help her become strong enough to pursue that goal.

Shiraha’s efforts to secure rare snake resources unfolded alongside the political campaign that ended in Sakumo’s death and the Third Kazekage’s assassination. Kushina mastered Kurama’s power, confronted Konoha’s leaders, and left with Shiraha after securing assurances for him and her clan.

• Shiraha and Kushina defeated Garaga, secured his Reverse Scale and Dragon Transformation Grass, and arranged a summoning contract between Kushina and Garaga.
• After Sakumo’s mission failure was leaked, Shiraha and Uchiha Soujin defended him, but Konoha’s leaders let the scandal spread and Sakumo died by suicide.
• Sasori poisoned the Third Kazekage and killed him, while Konoha’s elders suppressed the inquiry into the leak and Tsunade condemned their role in Sakumo’s death.
• Shiraha prepared an Evolution Potion and calculated that his White Phosphorus Serpent and Divine Tree bloodlines gave him a seventy-percent chance of advancement.
• With Uzumaki Mito’s help, Kushina attempted to control Kurama’s Chakra, and a crimson pillar above Konoha prompted Hiruzen to order an evacuation.
• Shiraha blocked Root Anbu from approaching Kushina as she entered Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and fired a Tailed Beast Ball toward Danzo’s position.
• Kushina secured Hiruzen’s promise that Shiraha would not be targeted and that the Uzumaki properties in the Fire Capital would be returned, then Shiraha carried her home.
