• Danzo apologized to Kushina and Shiraha after Orochimaru explained that Kushina had destroyed Root Headquarters, and Shiraha later told Kakashi that Sakumo had taken his own life after losing faith in the Will of Fire.
• Shiraha recruited Kakuzu into the Infinite Ring as its Minister of Finance, then accepted Hiruko’s Chimera Technique in exchange for future research and data.
• Madara and Tobi tried to capture Kushina, but she and Shiraha defeated them and escaped, while Madara survived and withdrew.

Shiraha helped defend the Uzumaki Clan, treated Minato, and gathered bloodline survivors while Konoha’s Uchiha conflict deepened. The arc left Shiraha preparing to manage Iwagakure’s pressure as masked shinobi watched Shisui, Itachi, Issei, and Hyuga Hideto.

• Obito joined Akatsuki as Kinkaku and Ginkaku rampaged through Konoha, where Minato was gravely injured before the brothers were sealed.
• Shiraha treated Minato with arms grown from Hashirama cells, while Hiruzen resumed the Hokage position and Shiraha urged Fugaku to seek power for the Uchiha.

Shiraha searched for Shion, confronted Iwagakure, and brought his family and students to Konoha’s Chunin Selection Exam. After Kushina defeated and captured Nagato, Shiraha experimented with the Rinnegan and used Nagato as leverage against Akatsuki.

• Shiraha found Shion with Orochimaru, then defeated Han and demanded compensation from Ōnoki for Iwagakure’s kidnapping of his daughter.
• Kodama helped Hizashi escape the Kumogakure escort, and Shiraha sheltered him in Demon Country while studying Hiruko’s Chimera Technique and developing his bloodline experiments.
• Shiraha brought Taichi, Hikari, Haku, and Kimimaro to Konoha’s Chunin Selection Exam, where Haku lost to Itachi and Kimimaro defeated Hyuga Takashi.
