Several dozen geniuses sided with Sikong Jing, splitting the crowd over whether to kill the Burial Emperor Spirit Seal Realm’s people. Hang Kui’s attempt to track Sikong Jing failed, so he announced a new way to force him out by targeting the Feather Alliance Hall members in Swordkill City.
The factions raced toward Swordkill City to force Sikong Jing to explain the Ancient Ten Absolutes and the Purple Qi Emperor, while Sikong Jing learned that the Feather Alliance Hall was in danger. He sent Spirit Parrot to warn Yu Xianpo and hurried toward the city, knowing the crisis would remain until the emperor’s identity was proven.
The Feather Alliance Hall entered the Sword-Slaying Ruins to escape a wave of suppression, while Yu Xianpo learned that Hang Kui had been behind the assassination attempt on him. Yu Xianpo intervened when Ling Long and Purple Lion attacked, but Hang Kui then declared that Sikong Jing had become the public enemy after killing the Beast Venerable Young Master.
Yu Xianpo and the Feather Alliance Hall faced a deadly ultimatum as the factions demanded Sikong Jing answer for the Purple Qi Emperor. Sikong Jing arrived just before the attack began, denied that the Purple Qi Emperor was Mystic Jade Emperor, and left the gathered powers demanding proof.
Sikong Jing turned the demand to inspect him back on Hang Kui, accusing the Demon-Slaying Second Hall Master of hiding the Absolute Beast Emperor in his sea of consciousness. The crowd shifted its suspicion toward Hang Kui, who refused to submit to an inspection.
Black Tiger arrived at the Sword-Slaying Ruins and turned the confrontation over Sikong Jing and Hang Kui into a standoff. After Black Tiger tore Purple Lion apart and warned the gathered forces, Purple Lion called for an attack, but no one followed.
Black Tiger and Yu Xianpo confronted Hang Kui, who threatened the Shadow Moon Demon Rat to force Sikong Jing to submit to inspection. When Sikong Jing accepted, the gathered experts discovered that he was the Shadow Moon Demon Rat in disguise, exposing Ling E’s claim that the Rat had been captured.
Sikong Jing revealed that his Shadow Moon Demon Rat body had impersonated him while his true body prepared to prove he was not Mystic Jade Emperor’s successor. After experts failed to find Mystic Jade Emperor’s aura on him, Sikong Jing turned the scrutiny toward Demon-Slaying Second Hall Master Hang Kui.
The Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion rescued Hang Kui before the assembled factions could inspect him, then promised to explain the Ancient Ten Absolutes at the Peerless Pill Pavilion. As the factions gathered in Swordkill City and prepared for the Swordwalk Small World to open, purple flames appeared above the city, signaling the Lion’s return.
The Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion attacked the Ten Thousand Demon Hall and demanded that Black Tiger surrender the Shadow Moon Demon Rat. The Celestial Race and other powers evacuated Sikong Jing and his allies, leaving the demon-rat body and Sword Tiger Demon Emperor to face Zheng Lunji.
The demon rat body and Sword Tiger Demon Emperor faced Zheng Lunji as Black Tiger and Yu Xianpo struggled against Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion. A host of demon beasts came to repay the demon rat body’s kindness, but Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion continued overwhelming the battlefield, leaving the demon rat and his allies fighting to survive.
Sikong Jing learned that the Stinging Bee Demon Emperor had found Darkbirth Hall and went after them while the Ten Thousand Demon Hall faced defeat. He seized the Dark Demon Realm Ring and escaped with the Stinging Bee Demon Emperor.
Sikong Jing helped Little Demon Mouse escape into the Dark Demon Small World, thwarting the Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion’s plan to capture him. The lion retaliated by sending a Demon-Dissolving Pill into Sikong Jing, causing his Nine Heavens Magic Beast Bloodline to dissolve.
The Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion crippled Sikong Jing’s magic-beast bloodline, leaving him to recover while the other factions entered Swordwalk Small World. Black Tiger stayed behind to check whether Sikong Jing’s Lord of Ten Thousand Beasts bloodline had survived.
Sikong Jing explained that the Demon-Dispelling Pill still threatened his magic beast bloodline and proposed using its power to create the Pure Spirit Eighth Heart and Demonic Path Eightfold Body. He and Black Tiger resolved to strengthen the Ten Thousand Demon Hall in secret against the enemies behind the Ancient Ten Absolutes and the seals.
Sikong Jing cultivated while the Ten Thousand Demon Hall sought evidence against the Ancient Ten Absolutes, and the demon rat body entered the Dark Demon Abyss to study the Nine Heavens Sword Traces. Meanwhile, the Purple Extreme Heavenly Demon Lion and Hang Kui discussed the Absolute Beast Emperor’s disastrous actions and wondered who the Purple Qi Emperor was.
The old pavilion master explained the Ten Absolutes’ plan to expose and excavate the Eight Absolutes’ burial sites, blaming Sikong Jing for disrupting it. A month after the Swordwalk Small World opened, Sikong Jing heard the account from Black Tiger and realized he had been made the chief culprit.
Sikong Jing predicted how Peerless Pill Pavilion would claim the Twin Absolutes and defuse suspicion by promising public access to their inheritances. As factions prepared to compete for the Five Absolutes’ power, Sikong Jing resolved to stop any new inheritor from being conquered, while a signal bead and the Dark Demon Realm Ring brought his nearly demonized Magic Rat body back.
Sikong Jing completed the Pure Spirit Eighth Heart, and his main body and Magic Rat body both reached the Divine Dao Stage. He sent the Magic Rat body back into the Dark Demon Small World to explore deeper restrictions while planning to conceal his Lord of Ten Thousand Beasts bloodline as a controllable Demon Vein.
Sikong Jing entered Swordwalk Small World to seek the Sword Enlightenment Fragments and prepare for his journey to the Prison Race. A Prison Race powerhouse arrived at Swordkill City claiming to protect him, then led the Floating Divine Prison Tower into the realm to seize the essence blood he had taken from Beast Venerable Young Master.
Sikong Jing entered Swordwalk Small World to search for Sword Enlightenment Fragments and make his way toward the Prison Race’s territory. Darkbirth Hall ambushed him, demanding Zong Zhanhao’s bloodline, and the chapter ended as Sikong Jing prepared to merge with the Sword Tiger Demon Emperor.
Sikong Jing used the Sword Tiger Demon Emperor’s power and his own sword techniques to destroy Darkbirth Hall’s forces, then arranged for Spirit Parrot to kill the fleeing leader. He stored both allies in the Ten Thousand Beasts Heavenly Prison and concluded that he needed to find a way to show others his demonic beast bloodline had returned.
Sikong Jing hid his role in passing the ferocious beast’s Emperor-Burying methods to the Ten Thousand Demon Hall, then evaded Yu Xiandeng, who had come with Yu Cang Qi to pursue him. Unable to contact Yu Xianpo across the heavens, Sikong Jing sent a signal and continued into the Second Heaven of Swordwalk.
Sikong Jing reached Swordwalk’s second level, disguised himself as an ordinary youth, and learned that Feather Transformation Emperor had become a true Sword Clan member after resonating with the Sword Summer and Sword Winter miracles. Suspecting the miracles were linked to the Sword Clan man and woman, Sikong set out to investigate Sword Summer, but news of a fight over Sword Enlightenment Fragments interrupted him.
Sikong Jing followed the crowd to Tipping Cauldron Mountain, where the Spirit Race and six allied factions were contesting a Sword Enlightenment Fragment through battles between their younger fighters. After learning the Spirit Race's champion Zhe Ying was tiring, Sikong Jing disguised himself as Ou Jin and approached A-Ruo among the mountain guards.
