Sikong Jing, disguised as Ou Jin, convinced A-Ruo he had missed the Sword-Slaying Ruins and followed her to the Spirit Race’s standoff over the Sword Enlightenment Fragments. When the Spirit Race seemed unable to win, he revealed his Divine Dao Stage strength and Heroic Spirit domain, earning permission to fight Mojiang Hall’s genius.
Sikong Jing, disguised as Ou Jin, stunned the Spirit Race by nearly killing Mo Sha with one halberd strike. He then faced Hua Baixiong and unexpectedly gained the upper hand in a contest of halberd techniques.
Ou Jin defeated Hua Baixiong and secured the Sword Enlightenment Fragment for the Spirit Race, then claimed it for himself as the Spirit Race’s number one genius. Ling E awarded it to him over Zhe Ying, revealing that he hoped to draw Ou Jin away from Ling Zhe’s direct line.
Sikong Jing tried to escape Ling E’s scrutiny after receiving the Sword Enlightenment Fragments, but Ling E moved to inspect his meridians and merge his bloodline into him. Sikong Jing faked an attempt by other factions to steal the fragments and fled underground, where Spirit Gull and other Spirit Race emperors pursued him.
Sikong Jing used Sword Tiger and Spirit Parrot to mislead the Spirit Race pursuers while escaping Tipping Cauldron Mountain with the Sword Enlightenment Fragments. He got outside despite Ling E sealing the mountain and left with Spirit Parrot for the Sword Summer Miracle, as his Ou Jin identity neared exposure.
The Spirit Race realized that Ou Jin might be a spy, then learned that he and Spirit Parrot had escaped Tipping Cauldron Mountain with the Sword Enlightenment Fragments. Ling E's forces failed to catch them, and the Demon-Slaying Young Master arrived with news about Sikong Jing.
Demon-Slaying Young Master deduced that Ou Jin was Sikong Jing, who had deceived the Spirit Race by taking multiple identities and stealing the Sword Enlightenment Fragments. The Spirit Race set out for Sword Summer Ruins to hunt him, while Demon-Slaying Young Master warned his followers not to underestimate Sikong Jing.
Demon-Slaying Young Master laid plans to hunt Sikong Jing across Swordwalk Small World while concealing his suspicions about Sword Shatter Emperor and Absolute Sword Emperor. Sikong Jing avoided the Spirit Race blockade at Sword Summer Miracle and headed for the Third Heaven, while Demon-Slaying Young Master arrived at Sword Spring Giant Continent and encountered Yu Xiandeng and Yu Cang Qi.
Yu Xiandeng and Hang Qusha struck a bargain, exchanging the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror for promised inheritances and blood essence tied to the Ancient Five Absolutes. Hang Qusha set out to test the mirror and hunt Sikong Jing, while Yu Xiandeng explained that his deal served the Prison Race’s interests.
Sikong Jing found that the sword miracles were guarded by forces allied with the Demon-Slaying Hall and Beast Venerable Hall, so he continued toward the Sixth Heaven, where Yu Xianpo had gone. In Divine Shaman City, he learned that signal pearls had stopped working, leaving him afraid that Yu Xianpo and the Feather Transformation Emperor did not know he had entered the Swordwalk Small World.
Sikong Jing used a Sword Enlightenment Fragment to study the Absolute Sword dao, suppressing the rejection from his Burial Emperor Sword Dao and Sword Extinction bloodline. The fragment revealed only the Absolute Sword’s entry stage, and the chapter ended with the Demon-Slaying Young Master appearing above Divine Shaman City with a strange mirror.
Hang Qusha used the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror to locate Sikong Jing in Divine Shaman City and tried to force him to surrender. Sikong Jing evaded him but was tracked to a tavern, where Hang Qusha waited for him to fight before Beast Venerable Hall reinforcements arrived.
Sikong Jing used a newly comprehended sliver of Absolute Sword intent to evade the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror and wound Hang Qusha before escaping into Divine Shaman City. A black-robed powerhouse revealed that Sikong Jing had concealed his Sword Clan aura with the Absolute Sword, leaving Hang Qusha stunned.
Sikong Jing used War Puppets and Absolute Sword to evade the black-robed expert and the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror while Beast Venerable Hall sealed Divine Shaman City. He ambushed and killed the Eternal Night Female Wolf King, then swallowed its core in front of his pursuers.
Sikong Jing used a staged beast fusion and a false threat to distract the Demon-Slaying Hall and Beast Venerable Hall, then escaped Divine Shaman City disguised as a little demon wolf. After evading their Cosmos Mirror pursuit, he doubled back toward the city while Hang Qusha and the others chased in the wrong direction.
Sikong Jing repeatedly evaded the Demon-Slaying Hall and Beast Venerable Hall but realized he could not escape the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror indefinitely. He raced toward the Sword Witch Miracle hoping its Sword Clan aura would disrupt the lock-on, but as pursuers closed in, the tornado remained around him.
Cornered at the Sword Witch Miracle, Sikong Jing learned that the Absolute Sword and Sword Clan powers were mortal enemies, then provoked the Miracle with his Absolute Sword intent. The Miracle erupted in a violent attack that struck Sikong Jing and the forces surrounding him.
Sikong Jing survived the Sword Witch Miracle’s attack by using the Sword Extinction Emperor’s power, while the miracle continued to target those with Absolute Slaying power. After Hang Qusha sent Purple Lion’s deputy hall master after him, Sikong Jing escaped into the Beast Venerable Hall’s horde, and the Sword Clan Cosmos Mirror filled the area with the Sword Clan’s slaughtering power.
Sikong Jing escaped the Sword Witch Miracle after it seized Purple Lion Deputy Hall Master's Sword Enlightenment Fragment and sent it to him. He set out for the Prison Blazing Sword Sea to search for Yu Xianpo's message and began using two fragments to deepen his Absolute Sword path, while Hang Qusha and Hang Kui questioned how he had gained that power.
Hang Kui and Hang Qusha plotted to lure Sikong Jing to the Sixth Heaven, while a hidden consciousness awakened within the Sword Witch Miracle and the Sixth Heaven crisis deepened. Sikong Jing survived the conflicting sword powers and cultivated Absolute Sword Qi, leaving the Celestial Race and other factions preparing to investigate Heaven Sword Cloud Sea.
Sikong Jing discovered that the Heaven Sword Cloud Sea and its islands had been emptied by a massacre, including the Celestial Race outpost on Heavenly Flow Island. He suspected the killings were meant to conceal a terrifying event on the Sixth Heaven, and the group realized they had to warn the Celestial Race survivors on the Fifth Heaven.
Sikong Jing searched the slaughtered Heavenly Flow Island for clues and discovered a young girl who had somehow survived. She gave him a Sword Enlightenment Fragment and asked him to take her away, leaving Sikong Jing and his companions wary of the mysterious survivor.
Sikong Jing buried the people of Frost Sky City and cared for the sole survivor, Shen Ningsui, who said her family descended from the legendary Sword Shatter Emperor. Ningsui revealed a second Sword Enlightenment Fragment left by a mysterious woman, whose identity and purpose Sikong Jing could not determine.
Sikong Jing learned that the mysterious big sister had specifically chosen him to receive Sword Enlightenment Fragments after he cared for Shen Ningsui and buried her parents. As he continued toward the Prison Blazing Sword Sea, the Absolute Sword Emperor and Hang Xie discussed Sikong Jing’s cultivation and suspected the Sword Witch had helped him because he was a fellow disciple of the Sword Extinction Emperor.
Absolute Sword Emperor learned that several Celestial Race prodigies had escaped and ordered his forces to find them before they could contact their headquarters. A masked group attacked the prodigies on an island, while Sikong Jing traced their annihilating true qi and arrived as the island was being torn apart.
