Broly's fist hurtled toward Turles's face with a rush of wind.
Turles did not retreat. He merely tilted his head, letting the fist skim past his ear.
He raised his hand in the same motion and slapped the outside of Broly's elbow, diverting the force to one side.
Broly stumbled, thrown off balance. Turles had already turned and whipped a kick into his waist, sending him flying several meters.
"That's it?" Raditz stood in the distance, his brow furrowed as he watched. "Vegeta, looks like this Broly can't beat that guy?"
Vegeta said nothing.
His gaze rested on the figure climbing off the ground after being kicked away.
The next few exchanges were entirely Turles's show.
He was far faster than Broly, and every strike landed precisely.
A punch slammed into Broly's chest, a whipping kick swept into his side, and an elbow drove into his chin.
Broly was battered back and forth like a punching bag, his body driven steadily backward, the ground beneath his feet riddled with craters.
But he never went down. Every time he was knocked back, he regained his footing and charged again, like a tireless beast.
An unknown amount of time passed, with Broly taking one blow after another, before Vegeta finally spoke. "Look closely!"
Raditz froze, then turned toward their battlefield. His eyes slowly widened.
Broly's fist came crashing down again, but this time Turles did not meet it head-on.
As he prepared to dodge sideways, Broly's elbow followed. Turles crossed his arms to block, but the blow sent him sliding several meters, his feet plowing two deep furrows through the ground.
"This guy... he's really strong." Turles grinned, baring his teeth.
