Momonosuke's Death

News that Genji had led a large force to attack Kuri spread throughout Wano Country. Kozuki Oden was also taken aback by Genji's arbitrary, unilateral actions. He had not expected Genji to truly be willing to start a war for his own selfish desires.

If Genji had been wise and steady, Kozuki Oden would not have loathed and rejected him so deeply. Even handing over Kuri in order to avert the devastation brought by war would not have been impossible. But Genji was vain, hungry for glory, and brutally ruthless. Unwilling to see the people under his rule suffer Genji's oppression, Kozuki decided to gather the forces from every village and town in Kuri and head to Yamatai, at the border between the north and south, to repel Genji's invading army!
