"Damn it! You think I'm going to lose to you?" Vegeta fumed. He looked up at the sky, searching everywhere for the moon.
"What are you looking for? A full moon?" Sun Wukong asked with a smile. "I get it. You want to turn into a Great Ape and fight me!"
"You..." A wave of despair washed over Vegeta. He scanned the sky, only to find that the moon was gone. "So you're the one who blasted the moon away?"
"It wasn't me... Actually, I'd like to know how to grow my tail back, too." Sun Wukong scratched his head.
"Hmph, how should I know how to grow a tail?" Vegeta snorted, feeling a little better. He grinned smugly. "You're a Saiyan, but you don't even have a tail. I feel sorry for you!"
"I really want to grow my tail back soon. Otherwise, I won't be able to turn into that form." Sun Wukong rubbed his head and muttered to himself.
"What form?" Vegeta froze and couldn't help asking.

"Sure, go ahead. It's been so long that I've almost forgotten." Sun Wukong nodded.

What was that supposed to mean?

All I know is that Kakarot seems a little stupid.
"You know moonlight is sunlight reflected off the moon, right?" Vegeta said with a snort. "When sunlight hits the moon, it produces a kind of Blutz Waves. During a full moon, these waves can reach 17 million hertz! When our eyes absorb more than 17 million hertz of Blutz Waves, they stimulate our tails, and then we transform!"
"Mm-hmm." Sun Wukong nodded constantly, like a well-behaved student in class.

"Forget it. If all else fails, I'll ask Old Supreme Kai." Sun Wukong scratched his head and muttered to himself.
