For so long, the Moon God had made no move that Naimus had nearly thought their pact was over.
The sky above the Fictional Plains was dim, with few celestial bodies.
Yet the sun and moon would occasionally appear.
This represented the changing of day and night.
Of course, due to the Abyss's chaotic nature, the alternation of day and night was chaotic as well.
It might remain daytime for a long while, or nighttime for just as long.
More likely, the day would just turn to night, only to immediately turn back into day.
The difference between day and night swung wildly back and forth.
Thus, in the Abyss, the sun and moon were more like luminous celestial bodies that provided some Variant energy, allowing beings such as Moon Demons to develop more fully.
Though that completeness would also be tainted by the Abyss's chaotic traits, that was unimportant.
A moon suddenly dimming and brightening was perfectly normal in the Abyss.
After all, throughout the layers of the Abyss, such celestial bodies were not as massive as imagined.
They were more like enormous celestial bodies formed from condensed energy. A slight reaction within could drive changes in the entire body.
Therefore, no outsider would pay attention to such fluctuations in brightness.
Naimus slightly adjusted some of the Fictional Plains' rules, fabricating a portion of things into existence.
At the very instant those fabricated things appeared, that extra sliver of moonlight immediately settled within them, quickly taking the form of a female Demon.
"I thought you weren't coming," Naimus said.
"So you gave the previously agreed-upon 333rd-layer domain name to your subordinate?" The female Demon adjusted to
