This person is the chat group's owner. He's someone important to keep an eye on.

"You really don't look the part," Kakashi said to Pops.
"Hey! Big Brother Edward isn't just any pirate," Lu Bian cut in.
"He's one of the Four Emperors of the Sea in his world, a great pirate with a bounty of five billion from the World Government, and is known as the World's Strongest Man."

"I understand. He's a very strong person."
Kakashi quietly equated Edward Newgate with the "Kage" of the various ninja villages.
"Are you an important figure too?" Kakashi asked Lu Bian.
Even through the video chat, Lu Bian's clothes couldn't hide his painfully gaunt frame.
